Twitch TOS I recommend Twitch makes all the big streamers sign a contract that says if they ever get caught using cheating software then they must forfeit and return all profits made from streaming on Twitch. (Many cheaters are making millions on Twitch and it is unfair to the rest of us.)

Please add function to report Remove/Ban channels with view bots Hello Twitch staff, I suggest you moderate some of the categories like:
https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Lineage%202In this category, half of the channels are view-botted server promotions which makes no sense. The channels get views by view-botting and embing their channels to their main webpages. Some of the channels stay on top of the list for 24/7. I don't know if other categories have the same issue, but at least this Lineage2 category is full of promoters. If there would be a function specifically to report the Promoted-view botted channel, this would help to make the platform more cleaner.

Hello there,
I would like to let you know that you can report channels in the manner you have described. Simply click on the three-dot icon and select the report option. You will be prompted through some reasons. To report bots, you can select Live Stream and then under "Why are you submitting this report?", you can select "Search" and type in "Bots" and follow the rest of the required input instructions. Hope this helps.

Ban people how made stream sniping in games from every single channel of Twitch.
(Ban Reason: Stream Sniping)
If you get this ban reason you can't receive drops, whatching streamers live videos/chat.
So if they got ban in one channel automatically will be banned in every single Twitch channel / all categories because this people are not trusted and they ruined the content of streamers.

Ban bullying/harassment in chat for good Last night, I was watching a stream and during the stream, someone called me a b!tch. I'm a musician/vocalist and I'm a member of karafun.com a website where I pay a monthly fee to use over 35K backing tracks for personal use. I use these tracks on tiktok, almost daily.. and youtube, & facebook from time to time.I do not understand your DMCA explanation. Universal Twitch Bot toggle on/off against bot attack Hi, I've recently witness a channel being targeted 10 times in October by follow bots and already got 2K followers in 1 stream in November. That channel is using Serybot to counter and bans accounts instantly but some accounts still find a way to act as real followers. Also they started fake raiding 1 viewer for at least a minute. Include Gender Conversion Therapy Ban in Community Guidelines The community guidelines currently prohibit the encouragement, the use of, or generally endorsing sexual orientation conversion therapy.
This is good, but I would also like to see the same things being prohibited for gender conversion therapy.
Transgender people - especially youth - are often forced to undergo conversion therapy by their parents, their religion, etc, in order to force them to stop being trans. Just like sexual orientation conversion therapy, this does not work and actually harms the person undergoing it.

Gambling rules & "Group" sessions Hello community & staff.
I come with suggestion on updating the gambling rules on Twitch.
Currently (I speak from Finnish community), there are online casino streamers who use sites that support "group sessions". Meaning that viewers can join that session with real money, to play together with the streamer. This mechanic has been deployed fully by some finnish casino streamers as their main content and IMO it's extremely predatory.

Ban the use of the name Karen as bullying term. I would like you to ban the name Karen when used as a term of abuse and harassment. Knowing people named Karen, who are very sweet people, it upsets me to see others use their name is such ways. DMCA- Improved automatic detection function DMCA auto-detection function is very poor. I have the rights to the sound sources (excluding games and other media) that are transmitted directly from the broadcast. However, it was recognized as a completely wrong sound source and was muted. It's often dismissed on objection, but it's basically offensive. It is difficult to understand why I have to rebut each time I enter my personal information. The same error is repeated for the same sound source, please improve machine learning or something.

If these are, indeed, consistently applied contextual clues, there's no reason why these clues shouldn't be publicly posted and / or visible.
Put another way, if these rules are to be totally transparent in their application, no part of them should be hidden. If they cannot be made public, then the word / phrase / implication of "transparency" should be struck from the Community Guidelines lexicon.
