1. block whispers

   I would like the ability to block all whispers, even to those I follow. Though I may follow someone because I wish to support them as a fellow streamer, doesn't mean I am okay with them messaging me privately. Though I have in my about and several other places to not dm me (including my rules) there are people who ignore this. I think especially female streamers such as myself can start to feel overwhelmed when there isn't a good feature to help enforce these boundaries. I think either a feature to block all whispers or have a whisper request can help alleviate this issue.

2. Automatically ban blocked users

   When I block someone in another chat, I definitely do not want them in my own stream. They should automatically be banned from my community.

3. Seperate audio Chanels

   I think it would be useful to have the ability to stream on separate audio channels for example: one channel for the game audio and one for the microphone audio or one for the music and one for the in game audio, so that people have the ability to mute a single channel or reduce the volume of one if for example the in game audio is too loud

4. Bug while filtering for a category

   hello, i've noticed that if you open a category while filtering for more that 3 languages and then select "viewers high to low" or "viewers low to high" it will only print "No results found" instead of showing any streams

5. Remove Automod Update

   Remove the recent "Show blocked terms in automod" update that was removed, this is causing there to be spam on the automod feed and is generally just not a good feature

6. Decrease sexually suggestive content on platform to create suitable media platform towards people that create trust for large media outlets

   Less sexual content to platform so people will actually find social network type of content thats fun engaging entertainment and easy to interact with while being social chatty. This should bring less of a cash grab enviroment to platform and it could be the whole baseline how to create twitch for now and future to increase intrest towards people.

7. bans should only be channel specific and explained better

   i would like to see a better way of explaining bans to the banned person because we don't know why we get banned. a appeal should be viewed by a real person and not a auto reply ( i know this happens because my appeal was "rejected" as soon as i hit enter) you also need to have someone actually view the chat vod when you are handing out a indefinte suspension so you can see if it's from mass reporting because someone doesn't like someone. also if someone could send in proof that they were wrongfully suspended then you should also help them recoup monies they have lost because you were not doing your diligence by looking into the ban you imposed blindly. I also think that bans should be imposed by the streamer and not twitch. streamers are a business and they should be allowed to impose their own rules for their chat and bans should only be by channel and not twitch wide we pay you rent much like a landlord so we should be treated like a business renting a location. we handle all our own rules and communities.

   Not sure if this should go under Community Guidelines or Safety.

9. Clarify Community Guidelines on Sexual Themes for Art

   The Community Guidelines covering Sexual Themes do not account for the art category on Twitch, so artist streamers who receive related enforcement action become frustrated and may be driven away, damaging that community. Updated documentation is necessary.
   Recently one of the artists I enjoy watching has started receiving account warnings for not applying the sexual themes content classification label. She is frustrated to the point of not wanting to live stream drawing, which negatively impacts my ability to watch the content I enjoy on Twitch.
   Her art is saucy, but it is unclear whether the label is truly required because the community guidelines for sexual themes don't account for artwork. Instead, they focus on physical actions and speech, like body painting and kissing or discussing sexual experiences. However, there is a call out of labeling not required for public art and art history.
   Overall, this results in confusion and uncertainty for artist streamers. When enforcement actions like warnings occur in this environment, it causes frustration that may drive content creators away. Please revise the community guidelines for sexual content to clarify Twitch's stance on art. Thank you.

    Je souhaite proposer la création d'une nouvelle catégorie appelée "Trophy Hunter" pour les streamers et téléspectateurs qui se passionnent pour la chasse aux trophées et la complétion à 100 % des jeux. Actuellement, pour trouver ce type de contenu, il faut parcourir une multitude de tags, ce qui rend difficile de trouver facilement les streams centraux sur les trophées et les succès.

    Pourquoi une catégorie "Trophy Hunter" ?

    1. Répondre à une demande croissante : La chasse aux trophées et aux succès est une tendance forte parmi les gamers. De nombreux joueurs présentent les défis de complétion et aiment suivre des streamers qui partagent cette passion. Une catégorie dédiée permet à cette communauté de se rassembler et de rendre ce contenu bien plus accessible.

    2. Faciliter la recherche : Avec l'absence de catégorie dédiée, les streams "Trophy Hunter" sont souvent noyés parmi les autres contenus sous les catégories de jeux individuels. La création d'une catégorie dédiée permet aux fans de trouver rapidement ce type de contenu sans devoir parcourir d'innombrables balises.

    Hey so maybe next time someone is idly streaming without knowing they are streaming, y'all should send out a notification to the user that is unknowingly streaming you dicks!

13. Start banning antisemitism

    There's a lot of political tension regarding the Israli/Palestine conflict currently, and a lot of it is being used to justify thinly veild antisemitism. One of the largest political commentators on the platform regularly makes antisemetic remarks, has previously hosted an internationally acknowledged terrorist to promte the antisemetic undertones and Twitch has only protected them. The CEO has even personally wished him a happy birthday. This appears to be one of two things happening - Either Twitch is giving unfair support to them as they bring in an audience, or that Twitch itself is supporting the antisemism.
    This will only come back to bite us. Once the conflict has come to an end and people look back at this time, they will recognise the lack of action and clear bias that Twitch and it's CEO are demonstrating, this not only will discourage advertisers, but hurt the public image of Twitch and by extension Amazon.
    Please stop extremism on all sides.

14. Stop taking orders from hate mobs and reinstate Asmongold(Zackrawwr)

    I am writing to let you know, among many others I hope, that I as a regular twitch user am not happy with how your service yields so easily to hate campaigns. Especially not when these people are the types who fly in to another country and then start massacring their inhabitants and then protest the existance of the victimized country world wide.

    This time I am specifically referring to the banning of Zackrawwr following a hate campaign against him. He was merely expressing his distaste for the attitudes of Palestinians and that he is not that broken up by the violence visited upon them, for they have their own hands in their misfortune. He is not suggesting that these people should be discriminated against or in any other way harassed. He just shared that he doesn't particularly care about their troubles. Surely people are allowed to have opinions on cultures and cultural ideas?

    Like I already stated, you caving in on the demands of a genocidal hate mob is not received well by me nor I hope, although I do not really have much reason to doubt, by a large amount of other people who feel the same way as I do.

    Reinstate Zackrawwr and stop allowing hate mobs from dictating the terms of service.

    On the Russian-language Twitch (which affects the entire CIS) in recent years there has been a destructuring of the entire security system. The Twitch administration responsible for the Russian-language segment is irresponsible in its essence and does not prevent advertising of prohibited substances, bookmakers and casinos without a note that the channel is intended for people over 18. In addition, broadcasters can express an absolutely inhuman position about individuals, communities, nations, but the administration is concerned about what kind of swear words the presenter uses. The administration once blocked a channel advertising a website selling narcotics, but did so after a demand from the Russian authorities, meanwhile, the absoluteness of this same Russian government, recognized as terrorist in the USA, the normalization of violence, hatred and hopelessness, and even with the function "let's have a drink" (a shot of vodka drunk for a donation, without exaggeration), are freely propagated on Russian-language channels, and channels are blocked (for far-fetched reasons) covering news in this country, conducting educational activities to prevent violence, building protection for people in need of psychological support in this difficult time. It is necessary to review the rules for the Russian-language segment of Twitch, change the leadership, hold an amnesty and give people the opportunity to appeal decisions publicly. This judgment has been inherent in almost every person in Eastern Europe and Asia for a long time.

16. Get rid of the "Cheap Viewers" bots sitewide

    There must be a way to remove the "Cheap viewers bots" from channels. They have now figured out a way to bypass chat filters blocking terms like "cheap viewers", "best viewers" etc., by using Cyrillic characters that the filters don't see. The bots also now have figured out verified chat only like verified email and phone numbers so they have skated around those settings too. Either ban those keywords sitewide or create either a wildcard option or some other way to block those terms on channels so they go away. In channels I mod for, I delete and report them to twitch, but not all the reports are taken care of and the bot accounts stay up in those cases.

17. notification issue

    many users as i researched have a problem, as do i. When they are online, their followers even if they have notifications on, don't get the going online notification. Can this get fixed or is this twitches goal to discourage people to stream?. Thanks for the reply

18. Reports of obvious phishing attempts are getting rejected

    Received DM with the most obvious phishing link inside. Reported it as scam and report was immediately rejected. What's the point of having moderation team if they are useless?

19. Update to the 'Appeal Muted Audio' System

    On behalf of all streamers who don't want to give their personal information:

    Can we please get an overhaul/update to the 'Appeal Muted Audio' system? After suffering multiple instances myself and seeing this happen to others as well, here's what I propose.

    1) If the claimant is not the copyright holder of the listed audio (i.e. 'Megalovania by RandomDude24' instead of 'Megalovania by Toby Fox'), give the option to appeal the audio under a section such as "Claimant is not the copyright holder".

    2) If the audio listed in the claim is NOT the audio in the VOD, have the ability to submit an appeal WITHOUT giving away your legal information. I understand that it's in your Policy, however that is not the law.
    - According to your OWN DMCA policy: "A DMCA notification is the term we use to describe takedown requests that copyright owners (and their authorized agents) send to Twitch." Following that-- "The fact that one of your VODs was muted does not mean that you received a DMCA notification." Also, "Twitch works with a third-party service to scan VODs as a proactive way to help broadcasters avoid having videos containing potentially unauthorized audio." According to the law in the US, you are required to submit your legal information to Dispute a Takedown.

    HOWEVER, this means that in some instances, NO LEGAL ACTION has been taken; therefore I believe in those instances, people should not be required to provide that information to protect their own safety. I also believe this should be applied if the auto-scan lists a song that does not match the actual copyright holder, as listed above. The information being shared with ONLY Twitch would be a different situation, however it is stated multiple times that our legal information is forwarded and shared with the claimant. Some people might claim audio to obtain this information from those streamers. If it escalates further however, that would fall under legal jurisdiction and the information would be necessary.

    3) The streamers should have access to the unmuted version of the VOD to determine what action needs to be taken. It's difficult to remember what is being said/done in that muted window, so the streamer should be able to listen back and decide if the audio was important.
    - In addition to that, some others have brought up that the streamer should be able to export/download an unmuted version of the VOD, and I agree with this idea.

    4) In the screen where it details the muted audio, it should include whether it was detected by the auto-scan or manually filed by the claimant. This would further differentiate whether the streamer should be submitting their personal information.

    I have had several instances where someone has sampled a song I use in my copyright free background music, and my VOD has been muted because of their song even though the sample wasn't theirs to begin with. The only option is to appeal with my full legal name, and I can't upload the original VOD to YouTube where it would NOT be muted. I really think that Twitch needs to take people's safety into consideration on this matter.

20. Your actions are clear, twitch. You are hypocrites.

    Your treatment of Vtubers compared to physical women streamers is apparent. You have an issue with favoritism and double standards. Either start applying the rules equally across the board, or prepare for a storm of legal issues. So many women are being overtly sexual on twitch, yet they are not banned. Yet a vtuber simply dressing in a not too revealing swimsuit is banned for a week. Your hypocrisy is clear. I hope you understand that this doesn’t make you look good. I would hate to bring this to your superiors at Amazon’s attention, but if this continues, I am afraid we will have no choice. Think about your actions wisely. You will either let this go down smoothly, or be broken apart and destroyed. The choice is yours.
