New policies feedback Its nice to see the new policies regarding nudity and sexual content but you might want to add a few things:
When you go into the art category, the preview of those streams that showcase nudity are not blurred and you don't even have to log-in in order to watch them

Allow to people to appeal more often for appeals. It is not fair that you can appeal only once every 6 months. If you are not a partner on Twitch they will not care and reject your appeal plan to reinstate your account on twitch. It would be better if you could appeal once a week to try to get your account back for Twitch.

Firstly, let me clarify to you that I enjoy artistic nudity and am not a puritanical person. I also want to clarify that some people who didn't deserve to get banned got banned today who didn't draw any genitalia and who abided by the new TOS, and that you need to fix your accounting.
However, this is regarding the "opening of Pandora's Box" that you have willed over the course of a singular day.

thumbnails With the Art category going nuts with full nudity right now, the thumbnail system, which pulls a screencapture every 5 minutes, is displaying full nudity with zero age verification. Permaban female streamers habitually sexualizing their streams. You cant avoid this stuff. Art Category seems no longer Art. Recently, due to the introduction of NSFW content on the platform, more channels have been appearing in the ART category.
I, as many other artists in this platform, understand there's a community within NSFW artists, which is much appreciated. What should be not permitted are channels advertising themselves in the ART category, misleading people to a content not related to art.

Warn or prevent livestreamers that attempt to watch another stream with mismatched content classification labels.. Imagine this scenario. You are a user and have seen and accepted all content classification labels warnings. You can navigate Twitch and can watch any content without any warning (this is fine).
Now imagine you are streaming live and navigate Twitch to see what other people are doing. You click on a unassuming stream that has labels, you are not aware of this and you do not have some/all labels that they do, now you are technically in danger of breaking ToS since you are capable of accidentally showing content that could only be streamed under some labels.

Twitch rules need clarifaction of acceptable content from male streamers. Twitch is starting to fall apart. I'm a guy, does this mean i can stream on web cam shirtless? As long as i label as adult content? What about just in my boxers?
Twitch needs to focus on what twitch is about, gaming and making content. If you want to do only fan stuff, then make an only fans.

Minimum age requirement I think that the minimum age requirement to create an account should be 18 yrs old. If you are going to start allowing women who are naked on stream, but have the camera cut off at their ****, to be able to dance provocatively. Then the minimum age to create/have an account on your site should be 18! You also need a better way to confirm someone is 18, other than just clicking a button to confirm they want to see mature content. I often end up being rate limited when creating clips. Getting errors that state "Whoops. Something went wrong." or having login issues until I wait 24 hours and retry again.
I'm an active moderator for a lot of channels and I enjoy highlighting streamers success and entertaining moments in clips. The problem is that I keep getting rate limited or identified as a "bot". The DDoS and rate limiting is currently overly aggressive and keeps hindering your most active contributors.
Please consider this and make some sort of change.

My video was stolen and used to file DMCA claims against me. Stop letting people who don't own the audio file a DMCA claim. I played one of my own YouTube videos on my stream and it got muted because someone reuploaded the video to YouTube and Spotify SEVEN YEARS LATER and claims to own it.
I AM LITERALLY IN THE VIDEO. IT IS VERY EASY TO TELL I AM THE PERSON WHO MADE IT. I believe these false claims are a form of harassment against me, as many women & trans people on Twitch face similar types of aggression.
My VODs get unpublished every time I stream now because someone has been given permission by Twitch to claim they own MY work!!

Better enforcement in specific "safe" categories, send users with Sexual Content to their correct category. Please apply a little enforcement on Sexual Content users using incorrect categories such as "Just Chatting" when they should be using "Pools, Hot Tubs, and Beaches" for example.

Artistic Nudity and Clipping With Twitch's new sexual content policy changes I wanted to know how will this affect some streamers who aren't labeled as sexual content when they get raided by someone who shows artistic nudity?
There is a feature some streamers have where when they are raided by someone a bot automatically shows a random clip from that persons stream. (Although personally I think that feature is already a bad idea)
Will they get penalized if that random clip just happens to feature artistic nudity?
