Appeals Abuse and Bugs False reports can lead to indefinite suspension.
If you have associated accounts that receive false reports you can still get indefinitely suspended even after successful appeals.
After you appeal a false report successfully and have the accounts unsuspended the violations are removed from the account dashboard they took place but are not removed from the associated accounts that were also suspended as a result of the false report.
On these other accounts the appeals dashboard shows violations as follows;
- The associated accounts are unsuspended.
- The violation are still visible.
- The violation gets the words "INACTIVE" and "Ended".…25 votes -

Allow people to make a 2nd ban appeal after a certain amount of time Sometimes people write a ban appeal they end up regretting due to the cause that they wrote it without thinking straight due to the shock of the ban

Twitch Unbanning Users who Make Threats Unbanning CentralCommittee (MikefromPA) after less than 3 days for his blatant death threat directed at another streamer is an insult to everyone on this platform. Twitch's completely arbitrary enforcement of its ToS is unacceptable. This is disgusting. Make it make sense.

Prevent gifted subs to specific tiers I think streamers should be able to restrict certain tiers of subscriptions from being gifted. Many streamers I know restrict certain information to their higher tier subscribers and have certain rewards and conversations that are meant to be for people who want to support them more than a Tier 1 or Prime sub. I've personally seen a few instances of bad actors being gifted a Tier 3 subscription and abusing the perks involved to harass the streamer or leak sensitive information they should not have had access to. Feedback zur Funktion "Melden" Ich habe einen Streamer gemeldet, der live in seinem Stream sexuelle Vergewaltigung in Dead by Daylight andeutet und dazu noch sagt "Hier! Nimm ihn schön! Nimm ihn auf Lunge Junde, nimm ihn auf Lunge". Ich habe einen Clip von der Situation gemacht und lokal abgespeichert.
Auf die Meldung UND den Einspruch bei Twitch bekomme ich als Antwort "Wir haben keinen Verstoß gegen die Community-Richtlinien festgestellt".
Ist sexuelle Gewalt also ok für Twitch? Wird das einfach toleriert und zieht keine Konsequenzen nach sich?

I would like to ask Twitch to look into a fairer and more accessible way for streamers with a disability or impairment to advance within the platform.
For some streamers, it may be more difficult due to their disability to achieve the same number of hours, days, or viewership figures as other streamers. However, that does not mean that they show less commitment, have less talent, or are less valuable to the Twitch community.

Handling of Intersex topics without regressing to intersex erasure. Authentication and Respect of intersex peoples is needed to reduce inflammatory misinformation and classic intersex erasure by false suspensions due to biased uninformed moderation teams. In my experience this is an issue persistent across all major social media platforms. If intersex people had some sort of faster/more detailed feedback of what they are and are not allowed to share about their unique life experiences this would minimize harmful conduct inflicted by moderation. The suspension details I've received have all been objectively inaccurate naturally leading to repeat suspensions due to lack of understanding on both sides.

instant suspension for harassment against body, mental health or gender type instant suspension or ban against the streamer who let their chatters harass another person while he is let them doing it without a ban, or time out just because is funny to him and he is doing the same, some chatters only make fun about the woman body or their mental health and when people report, we have to wait for so long time just to see they still streaming like if nothing happen. Please, do something and pay more attention to that.

Clarify that 'findom' is not allowed under the community guidelines, or else change the guidelines to specifically prohibit it I saw a 'findom' streamer pop up as recommended when I opened the twitch site but before I logged in. This content serves only to encourage financial self-harm and should not be allowed on twitch. The fact that it has sexual themes with focus on the streamer's body but no artistic or entertainment value should mean it is already not allowed.

Fix the Pokémon XP progress bar I watched a full hour of Pokémon XP but the progress bar is stuck at 31% for the custom Pikachu badge, like it WILL NOT go up at all so I'm not sure how to fix it but can the Twitch people please fix it today because for me its Sunday 30th of August and tomorrow apparently it's gone permanently. Sort Low-to-High Not Appearing in Some Categories I've noticed that some categories, such as "Just Chatting" for example, can only be sorted by "Recommended" or "Highest-to-Lowest" but not "Lowest-to-Highest." I, and many others, enjoy supporting new or smaller streamers, but it becomes very difficult to do so when you're required to scroll through hundreds, sometimes even thousands, of other streams to even find them!

Prevent Emotes from Being Shown In Chat for Blocked/Banned Users Users who have been banned from your channel or have been blocked in chat across Twitch should not have any of their emotes be visible to you (if blocked) or visible to your channel's chatroom (if banned).
Streamers promoting hateful content often have that content include emotes for their channels that get auto-approved. While curating a blocked terms list containing emote short text helps to prevent bad actors from entering chat, often you'll see other chatters using emotes from streamers you have banned/blocked, meaning the offensive content of those streamers' emotes can get around the ban/block.
