Getting daily "Whoops. Something went wrong." and "There was a problem deleting this clip." I've been using Twitch since 2018 and clipping has always been a bit glitchy. Recently something new has happened which makes the feature really difficult to use conveniently.
I'm getting these error messages on the daily that tend to last for an hour after attempting to create clips.
In the Clip creator after selecting the time to create the clip:
"Whoops. Something went wrong."Then when attempting to delete the clip that didn't get clipped correctly:

Disable autoplay on front page It'd be nice to disable auto-play on Front Page videos. Just had the experience where I went to twitch.tv and the sound blasted in my ears, lol. Not the biggest deal in the world, but it would be nice to have the option to disable auto-play.

Deleting Clips I accidentally delete all my clips after selecting 2 and selecting delete clips. Maybe their can be an "Undo delete" button when notified that all clips have been deleted and or for like 24 hours after the delete.... Or maybe a deleted clips section where for 24 hours you can select which specific clips to restore.

Add a refresh button for player Refresh button that refreshes the player so you don't have to refresh the whole page.

Volume control changeable via mouse wheel YouTube lets you use the mouse wheel to change the player volume.
I'd like Twitch to duplicate this functionality.
Users should be able to hover over the player controls to show them then use the mouse wheel, when hovering over the volume slider to increase/decease volume

Longer clips I love the clips feature and highlight feature. But highlights cannot be re highlighted afterwards. It would be nice if clips could be a little longer to help include say boss fights, endings or other special circumstances that are a few to several minutes long.

Bring back Highlight reruns. I play through a lot of games on Twitch and instead of having a Highlight and a Past Broadcast... I delete the Past Broadcast and just keep the Highlight (as they last forever)
The fact that I an unable to rerun highlights, obviously leaves me with very limited options. Please return the ability to rerun highlighted vods.

Twitch Video Upload Desktop App YouTube's largest fail is that fact that they do not have a simple desktop app for the people who upload a ton of content. This app features should contain the ability to put in the information about each video. If you loose connection or site goes down there should be a "resume" button to continue the upload. Make it easier on the user & this and it will encourage everyone to upload more. aka a "Desktop Upload Manager app". Keep hitting those home runs Twitch! :)

Bring back the old clipping interface please :( The new clipping interface is extremely slow, clunky, cuts off the first second of audio and the chat is 20-30 seconds off now. Can we just have the old clipping interface back? It wasn't perfect, but it worked. I realize some people probably worked really ******* this feature, but the truth is it's vastly inferior to the old interface. I hate making clips now and it used to be one of my favourite activities. :(

Clip organized better - specifically dates and tags I would love to be able to organize clips more effectively by date, keywords and/or tags. Currently you can organize by date but as a streamer with several years under their belt it’s hard to find. You have to click and scroll and scroll for only a year back let alone two or three. It would be great to be able to choose a year and a month and jump to those clips.
This could be applicable for streamerversaries, birthdays, charities, or even specific holiday clips. It would also be helpful to be able to search by tags or other…

When a raid happens at the end of a VOD, add the ability to jump the the raided stream's vod at the timestamp the raid occurred. Due to timezones, i mostly watch VODS. When a raid happens at the end of a vod, the vod is over. It'd be nice if i can still experience the raid by having the option to view the raided streamer's vod of that day, at the timestamp the raid occurred.
So i can effectively still watch someone's stream + raid, hours or days after it occurred.

Don't send "channel went live" e-mail notifications when Vodcasts starts When a channel starts a Vodcast followers shouldn't get an e-mail notification saying the channel is live. There should at least be an option to disable Vodcast notifications.

Clip page scrolls down automatically after opening When a clip is viewed on desktop (in both Chrome and Firefox), the page randomly scrolls down after loading or loads already scrolled down, hiding the top half of the video player. This seems to be a widespread, consistent bug as is shown in the clips from several different streamers below:

Again, several people I have talked to about this have confirmed the presence of this bug in both Firefox and Google Chrome.

Remove the VOD Limit As someone who has had 4.5 years of VODs archived on Twitch, it is very very frustrating that they will start deleting any that pass the 100 hour limit. I understand that storage is expensive, but delete inactive accounts or something else to reduce it! Please do not make this change, as many speedruns and memories will be lost. I understand even having a more reasonable limit but you can't do ANYTHING with 100 hours. At the very minimum give us a bulk export option! Choice of Default Max Length for Creating Clips It would be nice to be able to choose the default max length of a clip when an Elgato Stream Deck is integrated. For example, I've opted to make clips myself using the "Create Clip" action on the Stream Deck. My gripe with this is that all the clips default to 30 secs. This is unfortunate when there are moments that are within the 90 sec. max, but fall outside of the 30 sec. default. adding custom thumbnails for collections I like the idea you can have collections on your channel, but I noticed you cannot set a custom thumbnail for a collection. I wish I could do that just like with Uploads.

Allow us to name API Call created clips We can create clips via an API call but are not able to name them in that initial API call.
This seems like a worthwhile addition for those of us that use a !clip command for our chats so viewers don’t have to leave stream to make a clip but instead can just type “!clip” and grab a clip and continue watching uninterrupted.
Allowing this would let viewers use a command such as “!clip <clipname> to create a clip that doesn’t simply end up as !clip <the entire stream title here>
