I think it would be fantastic for video editors/highlight editors and viewers, if there was a way of locating and finding clips based on tags and keywords, on top of time periods.

Examples:
- Searching for only clips belonging to a certain tagged game the streamer has played. (Search for Escape from Tarkov, and only clips made during streams where EFT was tagged as the game being played.)
- Searching for clips that share a specific word(s) in the title. (Searching for "Triple kill" or "Jebaited" would show only clips that share at least one of the specified words.
- Being able to have more timeframes to look specifically in like "The last year" "The last three months" "The last Two weeks". I would personally consider this option not as useful or needed as the others, but still an idea that could benefit everyone.

Currently the only options available to filter through a streamer's clips are by age and a few time windows (The last 24hrs, the last week, the last month, and all time)

This really limits the viewership more clips could be receiving, and makes it harder for editors and viewers to locate specific types of clips they're after when putting together Highlight videos for a streamer and their community, or just wanting to share a specific moment.

Say I would like to make a highlight video for a streamer, capturing all of their funniest moments when playing a certain game, but this streamer plays various games, it would be great to be able to search for clips that were made when said game was tagged in the stream, rather than having to browse through every clip over months and filter them myself.

I think these ideas would prove of great use, and I know content creators would certainly appreciate them.

You know how there's some big event happened and you want to see streamer's reaction to it, but you was offline or following a lot of streamers from a similar directory.

You know the time of an event/announcement, so you need to calculate the time from the start of the VOD and when the stream began to also find an approximate time of the moment. It's harder when there's no preview in the first day or the timeline preview is here, but the streamer showed it off-stream.

So, because of that you usually limit yourself to the 1-2 streamers if some at all, even if you're following a bunch.

My suggestion is to add an option in the VOD player to always show what was an IRL time atm as well. So you can instantly click on your needed minute. Would be perfect if it shows a local time, but one world time is fine too.

This error has been going on for years and Twitch hasn't bothered to fix it. everywhere i look to find a way to upload it without an error i get the same problem with different people. I know it goes as far back as 2016 cause thats the earliest I've found it on (/r/Twitch) Some have found solutions like going Incognito or deleting your history,cookies,caches,etc. I unfortunately have not found a solution and have even gone as far as emailing Twitch customer support with no reply. If anyone can help or fix the errors then please let me know. The errors i get are "Unexpected Error, Please Try Again" Now it doesn't say that it says " Upload Timed Out, Please Try Again" I can't fix it no matter what i do. Please fix it

Some streamers currently feel that there isn't enough incentive for people to sub. I think that streamers should be able to have a stream that is only visible to subs, similar to the sub-only feature for VoDs. This could allow creators to reward their subs for supporting them and to give non-subs more incentive to sub. I understand that some streamers might begin to only do sub-only streams, but I think that should be their decision, and that they will almost certainly lose viewers by doing so. They need to decide whether or not the few gained subs would be worth the lost viewers. I think this system would really benefit creators who have their viewers in mind and want to reward their subs for supporting them.

Every streamer runs into a few issues with trolls. Half of the time with trolls or DMCA content, users have to completely delete VODs. Well, unlike Twitch but on other platforms you're able to edit "VODs" a lot more with a lot more detail. That included to making parts quiet, to louder. Replacing or adding music to the vod, or even bluring or blocking unsafe content for the vod and even removing DMCA content from the vod without removing your whole vod to follow through with DMCA.

These systems have been around for ages and I'm completely flabbergasted about twitch's speed at handling for these situations. We have other platforms out performing Twitch in a lot of these design choices in which they protect the content creator a lot more.

I saw a similar suggestion about vod editor but it said a "highlight editor" was in progress. Who cares about highlights when you can't highlight because you're forced to delete a VOD asap for guidelines.
