Clip page scrolls down automatically after opening
When a clip is viewed on desktop (in both Chrome and Firefox), the page randomly scrolls down after loading or loads already scrolled down, hiding the top half of the video player. This seems to be a widespread, consistent bug as is shown in the clips from several different streamers below:
Streamer Fanfan Scroll Bug: https://www.twitch.tv/fanfan/clip/TriangularKnottySrirachaDxAbomb-y97f3dRRaHPcSDeE
Streamer ExtraEmily Scroll Bug: https://www.twitch.tv/extraemily/clip/BlatantThoughtfulFishTinyFace-o0uYlwGRLuo5kY2E
Streamer ThisGuyAbdullah Scroll Bug: https://www.twitch.tv/thisguyabdullah/clip/SaltyIgnorantBasenjiCoolCat-vonARqt0lhhgGst4
Again, several people I have talked to about this have confirmed the presence of this bug in both Firefox and Google Chrome.

Confirming this is still occurring as of January 26, 2026. For me its Firefox on desktop (logged in while I'm at home) and the same (not-logged in while I'm at work).
I've seen this happen to numerous streamers when watching clips their chat has sent them.

this was annoying me a lot on chrome, fixed by using an extension like "Redirector" to redirect from the normal clips page to clips.twitch.tv.
Ask chatgpt if you need help making the filters.
Theres an extension specifically for Twitch clips already made for firefox.
Hopefully Twitch fixes this soon, its really annoying for streamers and also for clicking Twitch clips from any other platform.
Blocking the entire section under a clip using
www.twitch.tv##.channel-info-content
also worked, but thats annoying. So the issue is somewhere down there i guess. -
