Watching vods via chapter select means twitch doesnt remember where you left off . When you normally watch part of a vod, close the page, then reopen it later. It remembers where you left off. If you were to instead watch a vod by first selecting a chapter, if you close the page and reopen it later, it brings you back to the original timestamp of the chapter selected. I wish it would remember where I left off instead.

Option showing pre-record content vs Live content A video that is not live and pre-recorded, should show up as a rerun does. The chat experience with a pre-recorded is different than that of a live broadcast as there is no interaction/feedback from the steamer.

Search clips option limit 1 per streamer Their should be a way you can search through clips without seeing the same user over and over... I don't wanna see the same popular streamers clips, I want to see new streamers clips so please add an option to sort by limited 1 clip per streamer.

Jump to your comments on somebody else's broadcast It's always fun to re-watch your favorite streamer's reaction to a comment of yours. However, when viewing recent broadcasts, there is no convenient way to JUMP between YOUR comments in the seekbar. The user needs to skim through the seekbar and manually find their comments by trial and error.

Timestamp chat replay with streamer's timezone timestamps I'm going back over some bans, and trying to find the context from chat replay on a 6 hour vod. I know when the ban happened and when the message happened as it's timestamp is recorded. The problem is while I am watching the VOD the only timestamps it shows is hour far hh:mm:ss into the vod I am when the chat appears, and not the actual timestamp of when it happened.

Let's add skip & reverse on both sides of the video screen to activate just double click we need to be able to skip & reverse 10 or 5 sec on the videos we watch cause @s a creator @rebellious247 it would be a whole lot easier to skip through my videos to make my highlights instead of watching it in a fast mode & for the viewers it would be good for them to reverse the video if they want to re-watch something they saw or heard

Filter Clips by username A lot of people make clips out of context just to harm streamers, if we can filter clips on dashbord by searching nicknames will be a lot easyer to take care of it

Multi Camera Viewer Choice Hello Twitch & Twitch Developers,
I had the idea and I think this an inevitably awesome feature idea to have multiple camera angles set up as separate streams within the same stream. For my example I want to broadcast me playing piano from sheet music with education and follow along tracking in mind. If I have three cameras wouldn’t it be great to have a camera on the sheet music, one on the top down piano, and one showing me from a side or front angle. Improve visibility of playback controls The playback controls in the video player are very difficult to see for many streams. The icons are very small, and there is often not enough contrast against the video.
Please (1) enlarge the playback controls and (2) darken and/or enlarge the gradient overlay between the controls and the video.

Export Adding a Character Limit Cap Requirement on the Title. Whenever I export my VODs to YouTube with the Twitch's 160 Character Limit title, when they go to YouTube they are cut off due to the 100 character limit. Can we put something in place that stops the user from exporting until they shorten the title?

Allow users & broadcasters to change the sorting order of their collections (date, alphabetical, game, etc) I have a weekly stream I do with my discord. Would be nice to have a collection be sortable (by date, alphabetical, game, etc). The oldest video is always at the top of the stack...that's all!

Multiple Monitor implementation for Twitch So there is already a request of Similar nature that got rejected. I believe it was because of the wording in their request. So I had this idea.
The TLDR of it is that there should be a setting that allows you to enable or disable watching a Stream on one or 2 Monitors. On one Monitor you watch the Game or Whatever is happening and on the other, you have the Facecam of the given Streamer. I believe this would make for a better watching experience overall. Allow us to turn off stereo audio I'm autistic and the audio for some games that I really like watching can be extremely overstimulating due to the players moving the camera around so much, causing the audio to jump from ear to ear in my headset. Both for people like myself, and for people who are hard of hearing in one ear, it would be extremely helpful for there to be an easy way to turn off stereo audio, making it a mono output.

Stream Placeholder for Stream Issues Basically the idea is top allow the streamer to upload one long video or several short videos that would be used as a placeholder when the streamer is having connection issues. That way the awkward silence for when their connection falters and the lame "Stream Having Issues" could be replaced with actual content to keep viewers around while they wait for the issues to stop.
Additionally, I'd propose so:
Partners would get a few more long videos for "Stream Issues" placeholder, as well as considerably more short videos.Said videos must NOT be set as "Subscriber Only".

Clicking "play all" on a highlight collection should resume the video you were last watching When watching a highlight collection, choosing "play all" always starts the first video in the collection. After you've started watching a collection, there is no good way to quickly resume watching both the playlist and the video you were watching.
Clicking "play all" should immediately start the video you were last watching AND put the player into "collection mode."

TTS control on user end Allow the customer to ignore TTS from certain users or all TTS in a given channel. It takes away from the user experience to have to deal with TTS spam. I'd like to watch and listen to the game and creator, not the annoying TTS spam.

Allow users to see who clipped from stream in the clips manager. Why can we not see who made a clip right on the clips manager page? I don't want to have to click on each clip to find out which user made a clip.
