Everyone knows its hard to start in twitch but its harder if twitch technical support dont ask questions and u have most of the time automated responses, i think u can put more effort on support service to have a better experience for content creators, its totally neccesary to have a good and fast communication not only with viewers even with us, the ones who create the content for the platform.

Provide "Help" For Twitch Users Who Are NOT Creating Content The entire "Help" area is set up entirely on the assumption that everyone comes to Twitch to create content. There is absolutely no support for anyone who comes to Twitch to follow content created by others.

The help portal AND Appeals section do not work. I received a suspension and made a ticket 2 months ago. No response. Does it really take over 2 months to respond? Like even an automated response? Really?
I made an appeal about a month ago, also no response. I really have no clue how I am supposed to get help. Like why do you even have a support site? There is nothing helpful or supportive about it! No humans view your tickets. Just literal automations that copy and paste useless information.

FIX YOUR ******** SUPPORT SYSTEM!!!!!!! It's incredibly ridiculous that I've waited like two weeks to get approval on an emote but what's even more infuriating is that your "contact us" feature is always broken so I can't even ask about it. Like seriously I can get better service from **** sites run on computers still using Windows 95

Downvote as feedback It is simple and easy to upvote a UserVoice post, but the only way to give disagreeing constructive feedback is by having to click the comment link and to write a comment.
While the internet can be a place where the less pleasant side of people can surface under the guise of anonymity, it shouldn't diminish the positive potential constructive feedback even if it is not in agreement to the original post.
Not all suggestions and feedback is the same experience as others.

Better messaging system for creators to contact Twitch staff. The system already in place for cases is horrendous. Twitch Support on Twitter can't always answer questions given by their guidelines page and a lot of the time cases get closed without an actual reply.
Please provide a better messaging system so we can actually talk and voice our opinions for the higher ups, especially with sensitive matters such as legalities for music and fair usage on media as well as problems with accounts.

ask streamers what would be a good feature instead of just publishing stupid stuff that the community hates It would be great if you asked streamers what they would like to see implemented or changed, instead of just doing stupid stuff like changing the icons from square to round for no **** reason.

Add a feedback option in the three dot dropdown submenu list next to Browse I cannot find feedback submittal in the main Twitch page and had to Google it.

Hi, i would like to suggest a support contact rework. Wasnt overly clear on where to put this but in a way accessibility felt right if you read through as it's about supports accessibility itself. So I myself and a few others I know have reached out to support with various questions as to how something works, if theres a functions for something or how do to something after exhausting their forums, other sources or walkthroughs. Add a link back to www.twitch.tv from any help.twitch.tv page There needs to exist a method for a user to quickly, possibly at the click of a single link, go from whatever help.twitch.tv page the user is on to www.twitch.tv without having to type the URL in the address bar. Clicking any "home" link takes you back to help.twitch.tv. Once I have answered my question, I would like to just click a link to take me back to Twitches main website.

So confused about the ban appeal thing I was recently banned for my username, I think it’s a fair ban although the word in my name is tos friendly. I posted my appeal about a week ago. Today my friend tells me she was banned for having the same word in her name, she was watching twitch while it happened, she was told to change it, she did, immediate unban. Can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy I'm not sure if the problem is on my side, or if my IP got somehow banned, but I can't connect to twitch.uservoice.com without using a proxy.
Right now I'm writing this ticket from a proxy IP 186.121.206.241 (Bolivia), and it works fine. But when I try to open twitch.uservoice.com without a proxy from my main IP 95.27.129.58 (Russia), I get a "ERRCONNECTIONTIMED_OUT" error in Chrome and "The connection has timed out" in Firefox.
I should note that uservoice.com opens fine, and twitch.tv opens fine as well - only twitch.uservoice.com is not working.

Twitch UserVoice Extension A UserVoice Manager explained to me that in order to connect to the API of the Twitch UV, an API client has to be created by an Admin in the Admin Console. From the documentation that I could find, Idea Collection API would be the one required - not Admin API or Helpdesk API.
If there was an extension made that could be added to the Official Twitch channel, that would be really handy.

Live Closed Captions as a feature of all streams Just went into a stream of a deaf girl who had live CC on by using an extension. Twitch should consider making this a feature of the site imo. This is extremely hard even for a technologically competent person to understand, if it is even a live feature.Please consider making this a feature of the site available to all creators easily. :)

Bring back "My support cases" page to view Twitch Support cases online. Twitch's help page used to list my current and past support cases, including case text, category and status (open, closed). I am not sure why Twitch disabled it. I thought it worked great. Can you enable this feature again?

Report admins closing ideas/bug reports when they have not been addressed Admins often close bug reports of issues people are having without addressing and fixing the problem first. There needs to be a way to report this and reopen tickets that shouldn't be closed in the first place.
