The help portal AND Appeals section do not work.
I received a suspension and made a ticket 2 months ago. No response. Does it really take over 2 months to respond? Like even an automated response? Really?
I made an appeal about a month ago, also no response. I really have no clue how I am supposed to get help. Like why do you even have a support site? There is nothing helpful or supportive about it! No humans view your tickets. Just literal automations that copy and paste useless information.

I was wrongfully suspended in 2021 with proof of documents and VOD. I received no response for two years so I found a way to email them for someone to look at the specific case number for that. Next day, I was told to go to appeals.Twitch.com. I told them it would not be possible because the appeals page came after the whole incident so it would not show up. Following that, they responded: “…unfortunately, we cannot provide any additional insight to your request, outside of the solutions we provided in the previous responses. (Being the appeals page link…which doesn’t work for my case) As a result, we will be closing the case in this (current) thread. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.” It seems the team really does not care.
