  1. Why not recruit smaller creators to help filter some of the work through, by enabling just a category stamp to which department this should be directed to.

    In doing this, they could use a dedicated Smaller Community Showcase channel. Which could be built on the premise of helping new creators in establishing their brand, and moving forward.

    All in all, it could help the flow in being able to provide a better customer experience, while also giving tools to those looking for other ways to help promote their content.

  2. There should be a direct email to support streamers with specific queries. I was looking for an answer regarding a specific topic and I didn't find it and I couldn't send mail anywhere specific! I sent an email on another topic asking for help in this regard and the answer was basically: "if you can't find the answer, don't do it" I don't think it's an answer that anyone can give...

  3. In-regards to the user voice forums I'd like a way to award valid and constructive feedback with something akin to a "Like" with comment sorting options. Sub commenting options akin to a "Reply" to continue the discussion further. It would lead to further in-depth discussions on how twitch can improve as a whole.

  4. We've been having an audio issue that has prevented us from streaming for two days. There is no direct way to get quick technical advice. There should be a line to call and speak with a live technician who is knowledgeable on common glitches and fixed, particularly since Twitch is such a buggy platform.

  5. As of current, Twitch doesn't properly define what it considers a "small streamer". This makes it hard to actually understand when features it develops are actually for small streamers.

    Please accurately define and categorise what is meant by "Small Streamer" and, if possible, separate out "Small Partners", "Affiliates" and "New Streamers" when discussing new features and support.

  6. better and faster twitch for everyone if they are not partner (no copy and paste messages) and no priority system. meaning everyone should be treated equal when it comes to support cause most times i submitted tickets they would get closed as a duplicate which means that it never got looked at even though three times it was a different ticket so would it be better to hire more staff for support tickets or get rid of the old ones who can't do the job anymore and hire more motivated ones who are interested in the job

  7. I've sent an email to Twitch Support and tweeted at Twitch Support about this issue, and cannot receive the right information to fix this with no answer/limited responses.

    Very often, with games like No Man's Sky or Jedi: Fallen Order, I'll find that my Category tag or chosen (not automated) tags will just disappear more often than not. I don't think many people suffer from this, but I do for some reason, as it's hard to find fixes from the internet, like Reddit, or even from community Discords or Facebook Twitch groups.   8. To make it so that when clicking a link on twitter iOS the link takes you directly to the twitch app rather just a twitch web page within the twitter app and then having to choose, independently, to go to the twitch app.

  9. 트위치에 문의하기위해 많은 정보를 찾아봤었습니다. 그러나 다른 플랫폼이나 다른 기업들에 비해 문의에 대한 접근성이 너무 떨어진다고 생각이 듭니다. 지원팀에 연락하기(https://help.twitch.tv/s/contactsupport?language=ko)에 접속했을때도 사람들이 많이 할만한 질문들을 가이드라인으로 정해놓았을 뿐 그 외의 질문들은 일절 할수 없게 되어있습니다. 또 설명 또한 한글을 지원하지 않습니다. 지금 이 글을 쓰고 있는 페이지도 한국어로 설정했는데도 거의가 다 영문입니다. 전화문의나 이메일 문의, 채팅문의로 직관적인 문의가 가능해 졌으면 좋겠습니다. 중고물품 거래사이트도 전화, 채팅, 이메일 문의가 가능합니다. 그런데 왜 트위치는 이런 까다로운 방법을 고집하는것인지 의문이 듭니다. 이런 접근성이 떨어지는 고객지원이 개선될수 있으면 하는 바람으로 글을 남기게 되었습니다. 만약 제가 찾지 못한 문의 방법이 있다면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

    1. Contacting Twitch should be WAY simpler. As of now it's a whole job - and if it isn't and there is a quick way, I don't know it so it's shown clearly anywhere.
    2. Contact page should have an option for dark mode, and follow the setting used for the main Twitch site.
    3. This Forum should have dark mode option too (though being a separate company from twitch i would understand if that's not an option)

  11. I've been trying to find this one person to block them due to them gifting me a sub to a channel I personally don't approve of. I can't find them and I was hoping to be able to get in contact with someone from Twitch.tv HQ to remove the gifted subscription and to help me block the person.

  12. When you become a twitch partner, they will only help you with 1 name change. After that, they will tell you you're basically out of luck, even if the name you want is under an account with 0 followers doing nothing. I would think being a partner on a website of any kind would help you with something like this, and it would be nice if partner help would assist with more than 1 name change.

  14. I contacted email support over an issue regarding 2FA that wasn’t working for me. My phone number was almost instantly contacted with a new log-in to enable 2FA directly and the issue was resolved immediately. I couldn’t be more pleased with their timely response to an initially frustrating experience.

  15. Okay, 1) I don't like how the "suggested channels" show up on the desktop website. It's usually the "more popular" channels and channels I'VE ALREADY WATCHED. Don't say "We might think you'd like this channel." If I"VE ALREADY WATCHED IT. I like how the mobile app is set for it.
    2)Where is the feedback button? I shouldn't have to look in "Settings" or check other menus, click on "Help" and then search for Feedback. Good or bad, let US TELL YOU WTF IS GOING ON.

  16. I feel like when users are dealing with a suspension or ban twitch takes forever to notify users of updates on their suspension appeal or ban appeal. I feel like if twitch created a contact number that was only for suspension appeal updates then that will help the user get clarity better, instead of waiting a very long time.

  17. Lots of spam comments in uservoice as of late I have reported, some with links that could damage people's computers if clicked on. More needs to be done to insure that safety of users with regards to this.

  19. You are not giving ad-free experience as promised. Customer service department is lazy. Rather than investigating why your program isn't working, you make customer do all the work in finding out why they are getting ads on subscriptions they paid for! And not only do your "solutions"/instructions NOT WORK, they messed up my computer!!! Now I'll have to pay someone else to fix what got screwed up because of your instructions. I am beyond disgusted with my Twitch experience and will most likely be deleting my Twitch account once my current subs expire.
