Add an 'other' option to the contact form category selector There are valid reasons to contact you that are currently impossible to address with the existing contact form due to its limited category options. It's evident that this was intentionally designed to reduce incoming requests, but it is creating significant barriers to legitimate communication.
This needs to be addressed and improved. One solution would be to add a "general" or "other" category, allowing for inquiries that don't fit into predefined options. Not everything can be neatly categorized into your existing selections.

Provide Watch History Info Can't tell you how many times I've wished I could find a streamer I just lost bc they are playing some other game and rarely play whatever I found them on. Watch history would be incredibly helpful even with some basic functionality.
But if it's implemented like this website or the new Twitch mobile update then don't bother xD

There needs to be a live chat feature for REGULAR USERS with Twitch Supports There needs to be a live chat feature for REGULAR USERS for Twitch Support. Random bugs that cripple your ability to use twitch that have been reported on uservoice for over 2 years still happen and their is now way for regular users to report it.

Fix the following game bug on my twitch account I can't unfollow and follow games I followed when I tap the heart icon it disappears and don't work I emailed multiple times and did everything the email told me to do an it still broken. It broken on PC , mobile an console twitch app I would either like this bug fixed or just make following unlimited like YouTube pls it been 3 years and it still broken I hope this gets seen by twitch an fixed soon. Changing pop up message on some streams for "claiming your sub" Notice in the middle of some streamers live stream, when my cursor hovers in the middle, a pop up comes up that says, " CLAIM your sub". This happened to me previously on another streamers page and thought someone gave me a sub and i was CLAIMING it. It wasn't. If you click it, it immediately uses your PRIME sub for that streamer. Ban rebroadcast of streams as it fundamentally undermines the sites purpose Currently on twitch you can click into a stream that is not live content. As this is the entire point of the website, this is undermining the site. What effect does this have:
- bigger channels deflect views from smaller channels preventing the emergence of new major streamers: the life blood of this platform.
- low effort channels surpass high effort channels that are always live. Particularly problematic are sexual streams on constant loops.
- There are already vod services for watching missed content
- Long term user disengagement will occur in the categories where this is most apparent

Increase following games to unlimited When i tap a video game I want to follow for example let's say I want to follow Tekken 8 video catagory and when I tap follow twitch say no or won't let me . I delete all the games I don't want to follow and it still won't let me unfollow or follow Tekken 8 - pls fix thx u and improve

This is actually a bug report, but I couldn't find out where to submit it. I subscribed to someone's channel with a recently linked amazon prime account (it was a new twitch account made awhile ago but I hadn't switched the link yet) and even though, and for like 2 minutes it still wouldn't let me watch the videos of the streamer I had just subbed to with my prime. Was just letting you know because that kinda makes it a frustrating experience.

Setting to only show Live Followed Channels based on game/category being streamed Be able to follow a channel and then set it up so that the Live section of the Following page only shows that channel if they are streaming selected games and/or categories. For example, only show boxbox if playing TFT.

New game category for "NES", similar to Retro. The NES community would like an NES category to stream to and find streams to view for discoverability (similar to Retro). Ability to see what channels others follow Something similar to what YouTube uses. An ability for users to show off channels they follow, so that people who would want to could go check those channels out and vice versa. I think it would improve the overall engagement and growth of all Twitch channels. Especially for those smaller channels who are just starting out. Or even go further and allow users to display all channels they follow on their own channel pages, so users who do view their channels can see and if they want to, go check out those specific channels.

Support is a joke - if your problem doesn't fall into the pre-assigned categories, it's impossible to contact anyone. Allow us to actually report bugs and problems outside of the narrow predefined categories. For example: I have completed creator camp to remove a strike from my channel. It is not registering. There is literally no place for me to report this bug. It is a time sensitive issue, so this is extremely aggravating.

Deeper Personalisation of Browse In light of the hideous change to the Twitch policy please allow users to customise preferences to auto-filter out all known channels who can now also stream video highlighting their "breasts, buttocks or pelvic region" or failing that allow Channels to be blocked more easily with a single click when Browsing categories.

ALWAYS give users the ability to report UserVoice posts by Admins! Ana the Twitch Admin shut down my suggestion with a response that did not address it, and in doing so proved exactly why it's totally wrong that users cannot report Admin accounts or Admin posts, or reply to Admins that have replied to us with bad information.
We should always have the option to report Administrator posts. Administrators are people and they are fallible and the software should never, ever, ever assume an admin, mod, or employee is beyond reproach. Frankly that attitude is a big part of why Twitch support is so bad.

Read your customer experience UserVoice forum and respond to posts here The Customer Experience subsection of the UserVoice forum has some of the clearest consensus about ideas that Twitch needs to implement to make Twitch better and...tumbleweeds. There are no admins responding to posts with 100+ upvotes, no desire to actually improve the customer experience. Shame on Twitch.
