Add an 'other' option to the contact form category selector
There are valid reasons to contact you that are currently impossible to address with the existing contact form due to its limited category options. It's evident that this was intentionally designed to reduce incoming requests, but it is creating significant barriers to legitimate communication.
This needs to be addressed and improved. One solution would be to add a "general" or "other" category, allowing for inquiries that don't fit into predefined options. Not everything can be neatly categorized into your existing selections.
