1. Fix your copyrighted audio detection system

   My streams keep getting audio claims for loading slate songs that I know are copyright free. Do you just let people upload mp3's and claim their contents belong to them? Try actually doing a background check on the claimers instead of just sending out a bot to mute everything. By the way, not every song with sleigh bells is "Emni" by "Khakaks".

2. WTF is wrong with you - to mute my Streams - I only use Copywrite Free Youtube Songs. Why u protect Thievs that Stole that Sounds ?

   I use only Songs in the BACKGROUND from Copyright Free Youtube Songs. All Guys on ya list are Thieves.    Ban people how made stream sniping in games from every single channel of Twitch.

   (Ban Reason: Stream Sniping)

   If you get this ban reason you can't receive drops, whatching streamers live videos/chat.

   So if they got ban in one channel automatically will be banned in every single Twitch channel / all categories because this people are not trusted and they ruined the content of streamers.

   Those who are banned from sniping must not be able to view the streamer's video, and those who want to watch it on twitch must have a verified account.

   If you are not logged in you should not be able to view the video.

   I think this is the best way to fight this problem.

9. More clarification on guidelines in regards to Hot Tub category

   Below is what I have written to Twitch customer service but I've decided to post it here as well:

   Two days ago I was hit with a 24 hour ban from a stream where I was carving a pumpkin in bikinis (full coverage of my genitals, nipples, and buttocks), and I was streaming in the hot tubs category. While I noticed that other female streamers were able to wear even less and more revealing (micro bikinis and thongs) than I am, even doing "sexually suggestive" behaviors such as grinding on a banana floaty and sucking on popsicles, I noticed that they have an inflatable pool in the background and I don't.

   Another thing I want clarified is pole dancing on your platform. I'm a pole dancer, as in I practice pole dancing as a form of fitness and workout, as well as for me to get in touch with my femininity and spirits as a woman. In my streams for the past 7 weeks, I've been doing acrobatic pole tricks and a few choreography as a cool down to my workout. For pole fitness, I need to wear less clothing such as a bikini, sports bra/shorts, etc., to have a safer and better grip on the pole to prevent myself from being injured. For pole choreography, I wear pole heels (some may informally refer to them as stripper heels) so I can better navigate spins, drops, and extend my dancers' lines. To add on to that, I've never streamed my pole dance streams with the intention to suggest something sexually or not safe for work, and I try to emphasize that in ways I talk and behave in my pole streams, but I'm aware that some viewers do, considering I've gotten vulgar and degrading comments.

   For that, I want to ask a few questions so I can follow your community guidelines better and not get suspended or banned again:

   1. Am I only allowed to wear bikinis when there's a hot tub, pool, and beach in the background or on the screen of my stream? This question is regarded towards your "context exception" category of the community guidelines.
   2. Your guidelines have mentioned that streamers are not allowed to stream "pole dance or acrobatics with sexually suggestive framing". I want to ask what does "sexually suggestive framing: mean? Is it camera angle? Setup of the environment? The style of choreography? Can you please give me some examples or details so I can keep them in mind?
   3. I've done some research and have seen a few female streamers suspended or banned for "inappropriate attire" from wearing costumes, casual outfits, etc (not bikinis). Such as SupCaitlyn, LivStixs, and NicolePeachy to name a few. Can you provide some details as to why they were banned so I can adjust my wardrobe accordingly?
   4. I've mentioned that I've received vulgar and degrading comments, and so I want to ask what is the penalty for this behavior on Twitch, and what is the priority of safety on this platform? Since I feel like nothing was done to stop hate speech, and the only enforcement that was done were mainly targeted towards female streamers' dress code instead... To be more specific, I've witnessed ToadPHD making racist comments towards Asian people on Kyootbot's stream, as well as myself receiving sexist and racist whispers and chats from viewers and their new accounts, some repeatedly demanded me to flash nudity and to sell sex services.
   5. Last but not least, I've found this blog article written by Twitch: https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2021/05/21/lets-talk-about-hot-tub-streams/?utm_referrer=https://www.google.com/ I want to ask if I should take this article into consideration when I stream? Since I've only found out about this article during my suspension when I was doing my research on your policies and rules, and I've never agreed to acknowledge the blog posts when I created my Twitch account and started streaming. In which another question I have, ties back to my fourth question above in regards to attire where I saw that numerous female streamers were banned for wearing costumes or casual outfits: how would this: "being found to be **** by others is not against our rules, and Twitch will not take enforcement action against women, or anyone on our service, for their perceived attractiveness." (Source: blog.twitch.tv) apply to these kinds of enforcements?

   I saw an idea here where someone suggested that Twitch create another domain for adult audiences, or even just create another domain only for kids since most of the users on Twitch are young adults, similar to what Youtube have done. Other than nudity and sexual suggestive contents here, there's just too much cursing, references to weed, alcohol, gun violence, etc by that logic. I second the idea to create a sub-domain for adult or kids only content.

10. Gambling rules & "Group" sessions

    Hello community & staff.

    I come with suggestion on updating the gambling rules on Twitch.

    Currently (I speak from Finnish community), there are online casino streamers who use sites that support "group sessions". Meaning that viewers can join that session with real money, to play together with the streamer. This mechanic has been deployed fully by some finnish casino streamers as their main content and IMO it's extremely predatory.

    This is how one of the products, called WeSpin.

    I suggest that these types of online casinos should be banned aswell. As this mechanic exploits possibly gambling addicted viewer & most likely creates new ones.

    How do we as Twitch Streamers protect ourselves and our accounts from organized mass false flag reports where a group of hateful viewers communicate with each other someone like in a Discord chat and organize to all false report a stream or comment in order to cause the streamers account to be temporarily or permanently suspended ? 14 days ago I experienced such an incident and I did appeal it however feel that Twitch did not provide me enough opportunity to show the proof that I have of what occurred . I could not find any way to reach out and communicate directly with Twitch support . It is definitely unfair . I am afraid that the very same thing is going to happen again as they had previously also false reported my YouTube channel before the did it to my Twitch account . I hope you can help me with this .

    Create a department of referents to help women streamers defend themselves against harassment campaigns. To bring them a real help and support tool so that they can more easily file a complaint in their regions and to offer administrative models according to the countries.

13. DMCA- Improved automatic detection function

    DMCA auto-detection function is very poor. I have the rights to the sound sources (excluding games and other media) that are transmitted directly from the broadcast. However, it was recognized as a completely wrong sound source and was muted. It's often dismissed on objection, but it's basically offensive. It is difficult to understand why I have to rebut each time I enter my personal information. The same error is repeated for the same sound source, please improve machine learning or something.

18. Review of copyright

    Well I haven't been streaming for very long, and I'm still new but from the looks of it, reviewing when you get a copyright infraction doesn't show the source but a fraction of where the stream was muted or censored. Either way music that I have used is paid for by subscription and are all copyright clear or aren't actually own by specific people. I would be completely fine taking down and changing the songs or whatever to something different if I knew what needed to be changed. The song that I thought needed to be changed is fine in all my other streams and is heard later in the stream in an unmuted part so it couldn't be the song now could it. So now I have no idea what it is that I need to fix.. Then again maybe I am just not familiar enough with it yet but how am I suppose to play games and have fun when I cant figure out what's causing my copyright claims.. I hope this might be kind of informative about newer streamers and appreciate everything you guys do!

20. 2 Different Ban Options

    So I have seen streamers that would find this feature very handy.

    Ban option 1 would be a chat ban the same thing as the ban option now.

    Ban option 2 would be a total ban the user that is banned would not be able to access the stream or chat.

    This 2nd "total ban" feature would be very useful in stream-sniping situations so the ****** would not be able to access the stream.
