Add a leaderboard for Watch-Streaks

As part of the Watch-Streaks implementation, on every channel it would be very nice to see a leaderboard with the watch-streaks of our followers and congratulate and for their loyalty

I got a message about missing a stream on a DJ channel and as always they tell you to watch a VOD to maintain your streak. We all know DJ channels can't make or have VODs or even clips. So I went on the Twitch support page. The virtual assistant suggested I not watch the channel to avoid frustration. I want the company to come up with a better solution than that.
