Gambling rules & "Group" sessions Hello community & staff.
I come with suggestion on updating the gambling rules on Twitch.
Currently (I speak from Finnish community), there are online casino streamers who use sites that support "group sessions". Meaning that viewers can join that session with real money, to play together with the streamer. This mechanic has been deployed fully by some finnish casino streamers as their main content and IMO it's extremely predatory.

Ban the use of the name Karen as bullying term. I would like you to ban the name Karen when used as a term of abuse and harassment. Knowing people named Karen, who are very sweet people, it upsets me to see others use their name is such ways. I feel the use of any name as a term for bullying is wrong, especially considering my own experiences with bullying due to my name.

I need of direct support from Twitch on an issue. How do we as Twitch Streamers protect ourselves and our accounts from organized mass false flag reports where a group of hateful viewers communicate with each other someone like in a Discord chat and organize to all false report a stream or comment in order to cause the streamers account to be temporarily or permanently suspended ? 14 days ago I experienced such an incident and I did appeal it however feel that Twitch did not provide me enough opportunity to show the proof that I have of what occurred . DMCA- Improved automatic detection function DMCA auto-detection function is very poor. I have the rights to the sound sources (excluding games and other media) that are transmitted directly from the broadcast. However, it was recognized as a completely wrong sound source and was muted. It's often dismissed on objection, but it's basically offensive. It is difficult to understand why I have to rebut each time I enter my personal information. The same error is repeated for the same sound source, please improve machine learning or something.

If these are, indeed, consistently applied contextual clues, there's no reason why these clues shouldn't be publicly posted and / or visible.
Put another way, if these rules are to be totally transparent in their application, no part of them should be hidden. If they cannot be made public, then the word / phrase / implication of "transparency" should be struck from the Community Guidelines lexicon.

18+ or adult only mode, so we can have mature language, violence, nudity, sex and sexual content A mode that is only accessible to verified adults where adults can stream adult content or watch it, adult games are still video games. Adults shouldn't be thrown under the bus just because they like that content and after that one woman got banned twice for having sex live on twitch and came back in short order after raking in obscene money in the process.

When you claim an artist that cannot be found anywhere claims part of our stream in minutes after upload it shows that your auto matching algorithms arent working. We can give you the name of the actual non copyrighted song that plays to improve your stupid algorithms. Review of copyright Well I haven't been streaming for very long, and I'm still new but from the looks of it, reviewing when you get a copyright infraction doesn't show the source but a fraction of where the stream was muted or censored. Either way music that I have used is paid for by subscription and are all copyright clear or aren't actually own by specific people. Remove sexual content and re-classify what "sexual content" is according to Twitch's standards If we're going to remove gambling for being a bad influence to children then I think it's past time to change the rules for sexual content and how Twitch classifies "sexual content". 2 Different Ban Options So I have seen streamers that would find this feature very handy.
Ban option 1 would be a chat ban the same thing as the ban option now.
Ban option 2 would be a total ban the user that is banned would not be able to access the stream or chat.
This 2nd "total ban" feature would be very useful in stream-sniping situations so the ****** would not be able to access the stream.
