2. Browser sparing compression of mass new suspicious user entry into modtools

   It seems that the entry of many bots at once can crash a mod's browser if they have mod view open. It also seems that there should be a way to isolate and combine such influxes to be acted on without crashing the browser.

3. Twitch still allows CSGO gambling streams despite banning it months ago

   It's been almost 2 years since Twitch decided to ban them and streamers are still promoting these sites... How is that possible?

4. previous violations should not remain on your record forever

   I was just wrongfully indefinitely suspended, as in it was very quickly lifted as a "mistake on your end." I have two twitch accounts. The twitch account that I was currently streaming on received 7 days, but my second twitch account that I was NOT streaming on was indefinitely suspended immediately. My second twitch account has not received any violation in 3 years, and yet it received an automatic indefinite suspension... and again, as a mistake on your end. No TOS was actually broken on either account.

   My point is, something that happened 3+ years ago should not punish us the same way today. The length of time that has elapsed should be taken into account. Just like traffic violations (such as speeding tickets) and car accidents. Nothing stays on your record forever, and nothing should. There should be reward for doing better. Not having something in the past linger over you for the rest of your twitch career. PLUS sometimes these previous bans were for things you actually decided later on are now allowed today.

The current solution is a very complicated contact form, with many drop downs, mostly just saying "contact the DOJ" or "read the guidelines for X", and as such it is not legally compliant with German & EU laws. Yet alone a improvement in the technical implementation would save cost for Twitch, and improve user feedback and liking - mutual benefical.

   Regarding 2) Currently, Twitch has no mechanism in place, no management system or alike, to get in touch with others to resolve a conflict using mediation by Twitch. This would improve community behavior, favorism towards Twitch, and it would allow to avoid reports, such reducing cost, while minimizing them in the new system. It would also allow to give Twitch a from an data analytical perspective more insight and feedback regarding user behavior, conflicts on the platform, issues with the platform and so on.

   Possibly, a user-rating or user-reptuation system, like in many games these days, would be beneficial for the platform. However, as those mechanisms are easily manipulated, they should only provide a hint at the Users’ behavior, not be used for ultimative or conclusive decisions, or any other commercial/business-related uses.

   In context of 3) and 4) Currently we can not "reply" to a rejected EU or German Cyber Protection Acts such as EU Digital Service Act (DSA). We would have to sue without the ability to understand your decision further. You also do not explain your decision, which would reduce the likelihood that people are annoyed, offended or in otherways emotionally or practically harmed by your decision-making and reporting processes. It would also minimize moderation cost, despite the tiny increase in reply texts (being mitigated by a bit more standardized processes and text templates).

   Its also almost impossible to obtain more information why a ban about what in what context was enforced, and how the moderator came to that conclusion, if it was a human and not AI, despite under German laws and EU laws such transparency is required by law, and must be given, especially after request.

   Finally, about 5) The current Community Guideline enforcement is weird, imbalanced and unfair. Disrespecting small streamers, and unjustly protecting larger streamers.

   For example, I was temporary banned for "Violence/Political Extremism" as such for absolutely no reason, which I could neither really appeal (no reason provided, no context etc; appeal was immediately rejected), despite I wrote literally on Twitch Uservoice a long semi-scientific text about introducing measures against political extremism on the Twitch Platform (see here: https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/933812-safety/suggestions/48710729-introduce-warnings-and-measures-against-political).

   Today I had to report a uusally very responsible and ethical, very large streamer’s stream who reacted about 3h to another Youtuber who did things like Pedophelia, sexual misconduct, fatshaming etc, at some point it only seemed like the streamer is profiting from the negative content, rather than adding positive content to Twitch, by increasing users’ negative reactions, in order to gain profit from that by various means (clicks, advertising, other statistical advantages).

   Following the report, AFTER ONE MINUTE a automated response from your Mod Team arrived: "nothing bad happening here, we don't care" (not literally). Despite the behavior of the streamer was not only negatively affecting the community, as it was clear by the fact that multiple people wrote in the chat that they feel uncomfy and wanted a topic switch, even proposing other content, that he was profiting from itm after 3h of this "content" and reacting, and rejection of the proposal by multiple people in the chat by the streamer’s mods, the streamer has aborted the reaction and switched the video.

   The intransparency and unfairness is the fact, small streamers would immediately get (temp) banned for it, but large streamers spreading such harmful content and profiting from it are not even warned. Regardless of the voluntary change in conduct by the forementioned streamer.

   Lastly, I am absolutely annoyed and concerned by the hateful content flooding Twitch. Aside the political extremist, sexually suggestive, almost pornographic or in otherways just commercial content. While, I understand people have to live from something, and we live in a capitalist world, which prefers business and commercialism, I would rather get back to a platform that puts the originiality of ideas, the quality, instead of the trash on other platforms, at the center of a mutually beneficial conduct, especially because this platform is also impacting kids and young adults in multiple socities around our world.

   Hopefully it gives the Twitch Community Guideline, Management, and Twitch Moderation Team some ideas for (areas of) improvement.

6. Moderation on Twitch Uservoice

   A lot of accounts here writing under the feedbacks/uservoices quite a few spam links, linking to real-estate, spam and **** sites.

   Seemingly, the Twitch Team does not frequently check the Uservoice platform (maybe a Signal, what priority User Voice has).

   Scanning whole Twitch is obviously very difficult and time consuming. But Uservocie is relatively small and can be managed and moderated far better.

   I kindly request to increase staff or to use automation for it.

7. Channel Point Bots

   i'm getting constantly spammed with bots that both follow me and then spam my channel point redeems! i usually use commanderroot to remove the followers, but the channel point redeem bots is new to me and it spams my chat and ruins the flow of the chat, and there's nothing i can do to stop or prevent it.

8. Why does Twitch not have an in-app solution for livestreaming? I should NOT have to use OBS. I should just have to use Twitch.

   I have been a social media consultant, and social media personality, for literal years. I have used livestreaming on every single platform EXCEPT twitch. Twitch's livestreaming setup is archaic. Its out of date. Its not usable for the vast majority of people. If you actually created a platform for livestreaming, vs expect users to download third party software to do their streaming, you would have a much more successful platform. I should not have to download anything except Twitch to livestream. The idea that I have to download and sync something like OBS to Twitch is absurd. I should have the option to do this, yes, but the fact that Twitch does not have its own in-house solution to me explains perfectly why Twitch has been shrinking as a platform. Please fix this.

9. Yearly Top Cheerer and Gifted Leaderboard

   Hi there! Not sure if this will make sense, but I know that on a Twitch Affiliate / Partner channel, streamers have the chance to display the leaderboards of their top supporters with either a Daily Top Cheerers / Gifters, Weekly, Monthly and then all the way to All-Time Top Cheerers and All-Time Top Gifters. I was wondering if we can have an option to either to a customized time frame (ex: for someone running a subathon) or even one for a Yearly Top Cheerer and Yearly Top Gifters.

   Please let me know what everyone thinks about this! I'm also open to hear if this is something others are interested in.

10. allow whispers turned off fully

    It makes no sense to me why we need BTTV to turn the whispers off. I don't like them anymore and want the ability to turn it off fully. I've had people mess with me on them but I can only imagine how some other streamers get harassed with no ability to even disable the thing properly. Gives me anxiety. When you turn it off on BTTV the number still pops up

12. Page where followed categories are combined

    It would be very useful to have a dedicated page where all the categories a user follows are combined (preferred option).
    Alternatively, there could be a specific filter in "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/all".

    Currently, if I want to see a stream from one of my 20 followed categories (but not a specific one), the only way to do this is to click on one in "https://www.twitch.tv/directory/following/games", then another, and so on... 20 times.
    It's not user-friendly, especially when categories are small and often have no streams available at the moment.

    Please hear me out, I know that idea sounds crazy.
    There are many streams that outright break Twitch's so called "Community Guidelines", yet upon reporting and giving exact violations, absolutely nothing is ever done.

    Reporting does nothing

    That gooner streams are on Twitch at all is crazy, but that mods refuse to follow their own rules and are covering for these streams is outright disgusting given the fact that if you or I just say something slightly offensive we could get PERMANENTLY BANNED. But this guy is making money showing girls nipples without their consent. OK TWITCH.

15. Allow export of native Twitch alerts

    Being able to create alerts through the native Twitch alert manager for my streamer would be extremely helpful, as they are not super tech-savvy and it would take longer for me to walk them through it than it would for me to just do it myself.

    Alternatively, allow Editors to manage Alerts and Channel Points with their role.

    99.99999999999999999999999999999% of the time the reason i choose to watch youtube over twitch is that twitch rolls ads before i even see the stream. how the **** am i supposed to know if i care about watching something enough to sit through 2+ minutes of ads?

    no way in **** i pay to remove ads. if that is the solution.

    maybe you should let us see a whole **** minute of the stream before an ad? that makes sense? people more likely to sit through an ad if they get a taste of a stream??? hmmmmmmm??? gee whiz. imo this is small brain. easy fix.

    Shared Veiwership, with Japanese named channels, don't correctly link to their channel when you click on them. Maybe a name translation issue? Discovery of this issue: HenyatheGenius was streaming with the other JP vshojo streamers and when you click the drop down (+3) Every other channel linked as follows: www.twitch.tv/

20. Manipulative/hateful speech in chats

    Behaviour is starting to occur on Twitch more and more frequently where temp accounts are posting misleading and abnormal words/phrases in chats which people do not know can sound hateful or offensive. If the streamer says the word, or reads the phrase posted in chat and it is manipulated to look hateful, Twitch then ban the streamer as opposed to the user. Twitch should be taking action against the people who are doing this purposefully to get content creators banned as opposed to punishing the content creator who is innocent in this situation. There is being vigilant and banning people for using hate speech, then there is suspending accounts for a misunderstanding and a miscommunication of a word that is not even widely known as a slur.
