Political messages/performances In the last year I have discovered on your platform an incresead number of streamers that push agendas or political views through their perfomances. Across time I enjoyed watching others playing and learned interesting things from your streamers but the above mentioned practices have been very tiring.
But my main concern is about the impact of these atitudes on the younger(minor) audience which are very vulnerable, easy to manipulate and influenceable .

Provide the Manually use of the Automated Muting songs in VOD system Provide a tool for streamers to manually mute selected parts of the VOD, and allowing the streamer, while in live, to press a button to flag in timeline the current stream time where could possibly leak a unwanted song.

Make body shaming an actionable / bannable offense once and for all I'm going to say this once, I want ALL body shaming to be bannable offenses. If I don't mention certain types of body shaming, please don't think that means I don't take it seriously or that I think it should not be included. I decided to make this post after finding out that you get emails whenever a report leads to action being taken. That means 95% of the reports I have made against body shaming IN THE LAST 2 YEARS have had no action taken.

DMCA Management Tool With the wave of mass-deletion we have found that the methods for reviewing DMCA claims and taking appropriate action has been like trying to change a light bulb with no hands.
I propose:
Since all deleted content is held in archives, it should become viewable to only the streamer who can selectively re-publish content that does not have DMCA strikes. Furthermore, they can take action to mute content, appeal or delete the content totally.
Any content with a DMCA strike goes into the "hidden" directory that the creator can access. They will then have some options for how to handle…

Create a type of Twitch "Troll Jail" for all streamer harassers or 'trolls.' Just like you created the new Category, "Pools, Hot tubs, and Beaches" because of the excessive demand, you also NEED to create a "Troll Jail" for all viewers who abuse, harass, or 'troll' your Twitch Streamers!
The number of Trolls have become quite excessive, and simply 'banning' an abusive viewer from a single streamer, ONE, that banned viewer can still see and hear the streamer, TWO, that viewer can jump into another streamer, and continue his\her harassment!

Twitch Soundtrack actually being licensed I just got my VOD muted...for using Twitch Soundtrack. Two separate songs were marked as unlicensed. This is ridiculous, and needs to be changed. How can Twitch promote Twitch Soundtrack as 'the solution' for DMCA takedowns and as a Spotify alternative, if it's causing the exact same issues as any other music platform?

R I'm a DJ most of us are in record pools and receive the digital music from distributors. So we have fair use. The funny thing is that these companies know that.. How else would artist really get recognized and stay relevant...
I suggest Twitch create a category for DJs and give DMCA the list and say these DJs most who are professional Djs and say these people are protected by the fair use... Every one of my videos on FB are overturned because I report fair use...

Permitted list not allowing the word to be used in chat The permitted terms that are added do not end up permitting the word to be used in chat. For example, blocking the word "sex" prevents the chat from using the pride emotes that have the words "sex" in it due to the wildcard. It would be nice if Twitch found a way to sort the Permitted Words list and allow it so the permitted words actually allow the viewers to say the word in chat without it still being blocked.

Showing body parts(******, see through clothing that is revealing. Streamers have been getting away with little to no punishment for things that aren't even allowed on this platform when others (male and female) streamers have been punished more severely for less. We need to make it fair for everyone no one should get special treatment no matter how big their streams or who they are.
Male, female, and all genders should be dealt with equally no one should violate guidelines and reveal naked body parts and get a slap on the wrist, some people can take that as ****** harassment.

Password/2FA Requirement on Change Payout Method (Twitch Affiliate/Partner). This feature very important for every streamer earning from Twitch.
Logon 2FA Requirement do not enough for who got hacked by silent.
And too many streamer don't check email.In case my friend (twitch affiliate) got hacked.

Make clear the words not allowed by the platform I have a friend who is a beginner streamer who has been banned and doesn't know why. Twitch only reported that he said something that is outside of his policy. I watch all of his lives and I don't remember any time he offended someone else. In addition to not making the reason clear, the platform does not give confidence to new streamers, making them question whether the platform is the best option for them to work. How can we start a dialog about Twitch's inequitable treatment of female streamers? Twitch's changes to acceptable content this year explicitly created different rules for male and female streamers. Subscribers safety Allow subscribers to Block from their view, conversations with Mods in all environments if the Mod has continued to be aggressive & abusive. Subscribers should not be subjected to bullying. As a subscriber, some channels are not safe zones because the Mod is “security” for Streamer and not an agent of a safe healthy community. I have unsubscribed to these channels in an effort to protect my peace. I have requested Mod to refrain from messaging or attempting to communicate as it is always negative & toxic. Please consider allowing subscribers/customers to have more control over their engagement.

Muting is impacting musicians performing works in the public domain I had a stream of myself playing piano auto-muted due to an erroneous copyright issue. I was performing Mozart's Sonata in C Major and Mozart's Fantasia in D Minor, and the copyright conflict was for other artists' rightfully copyrighted performances, not for the piece in question that I was performing.
I'm betting that the auto-mute algorithm could be smart enough to know when somebody is performing a piece vs playing from a recording.
Until this is fixed, this feature will disproportionately affect musicians using Twitch to perform works that are in the public domain.
