By asking the Creator who is the real owner of that music/sounds I had my vod muted and after verifying who was the owner and listen to the song, I discovered that he's not the owner at ALL!

위의 두가지 방법으로 방송을 하고 싶은데 모든 방식이 저작권 위배된건지 알고 싶습니다.
저작권에 문제가 되지 않고 방송이 진행될 수 있는 방법이나 방식이 따로 있는지 궁금해서 문의드립니다.아예 모든 출판물이 저작권법상 방송에 보여지면 안되는 건지 책이 특정이 안되고 이름이 공개가 되지 않는다면 가능한건지 방송이 가능한 가이드라인이 궁금합니다.

Distinguish between block & ignore Create a difference between block and ignore commands. Ignoring a user should not be treated the same as a block. Ignoring a user would just mean that you do not see messages of a certain user in channels outside of your own and channels that you do not moderate. Ignored users would still stay followed to your channel.

prevent people from making screen names like "fat_nasty_streamer" why can people make accounts like this? there is someone making tons of variants on "fat_streamer" to harass people. prevent this from happening.

Accept Questions about DMCA, not forward to some Info Page Please accept questions about DMCA. there's stuff the DMCA-Info page doesn't cover and can't be answered because there'S no way to ask.
At the moment if you choose "DMCA" as category you get instantly forwarded to the Info page about creating and responding to DMCA-Claims but there'S no way to ask things about DMCA.

Users randomly banned without ever being banned There is a bug I've seen a few dozen times where a user will be banned in a channel without ever having talked in it or, more importantly, without a record of a ban occurring from any moderators. These bans are always on 7/25/2019, at 4:39 PM, and are often done by someone who wasn't a moderator of the channel at the time. Unbanning these users works as normal, but they need to request an unban or we can't fix anything - meaning we have no idea how widespread this issue is.

Advertisers and Sponsors Pay Copyright royalties. Why not get together with the Msuic and Movie copyright managment companies ans such, so that you can work out an agreement that allows copyright owners to be paid, and Twitch isns't being sued and spending tons in that effort.
This would pave the way for people to be able to use music, and show things without violation of copyrights. At no time should broadcasters/streamers be given any of that revenue. Why? Simple, the content is not owned by them.

Muted Auto Muted Auto be shouldn't be Muted when exported or downloaded! It is at our risk to upload that somewhere else! It is already muting my commentary and dialogue too, and most of the time in game music has other dialogue and sound effects going to so there will almost never be clear music for anyone to get copy of!

(no external sound or music, all in-game) Please explain copyright implications of in-game music and the concept that all games are copyright material. start enforcing community guidelines and create a healthy community. Streamers are constantly streaming sexually explicit content under the guise of exercise, pool activities and cosplay. I was under the impression that Twitch was a platform for entertainers who wanted to create unique communities, not another typical platform for wh**es to exploit underage and easily influenced boys by wearing thongs and stretching. there are platforms for this kind of content, i dont believe twitch needs to succumb to this wave of exploitation like that. Chat ban removes follow, but restores follow age upon accepted unban request Making it so banning will remove the persons follow. Maybe make it so if they have been banned for over 30 minutes it auto removes the follow and blocks them from following again. Maybe also putting a little notification that shows up in their notifications that they have been removed from following ( username ) due to a recent ban in that stream. Then it would have a timer with the amount of time left before they can ask for an unban request and if accepted regains their follow age.

We need more of a strict change in the Community Guidelines for "Sexually Suggestive Content". I'm a streamer on this platform, and have been for quite a few years. Login in Security Username and Password I noticed when attempting to login in to my Twitch account with the wrong password an error message stating "That password was incorrect. Please try again" appears. Also, in the case where there is no existing username the page displays, "This username does not exist." This is bad! Never do this! Seperate Soundtrack by Twitch and the Vod music control plugin You created an amazing tool to resolve 95% of DMCA issues and decided to lock it behind Soundtrack by Twitch?? Why? If you give us the ability to tie an application(s) (Example: chrome for spotify/youtube etc.., or even a media player for local audio) to the "remove from vod" obs plugin, there would be no music from anywhere (except from in games) in any vods. Transparency and consistency with penalties, as well as an open source of communication Over a year ago at Twitchcon 2019, twitch discussed and spoke about how when people are suspended or banned, that they would put in methods, procedures and other resources so that if someone did indeed get suspended from twitch, then they would be informed of their misdoings that led to them being punished.
