Add BTTV filter in order to not see spam text, and remove BOOBA emote due to sexual harassment BTTV is trash, and the entire community is cringe. I would appreciate it if Twitch allowed users to block their content, as it is not a part of the platform and 3rd party apps should not dominate chat. I would also like to point out that the BOOBA emote is extremely sexist, and only enables children to continue a mindset that has historically oppressed women as sexual objects. Finally, I would like an option to not have animated emojis in Twitch chat, because it is annoying and cringe.

A stipulation to Driving Streams Given the terms of service defines driving streams as Self Harm and Injury due to distracted driving, I would want a stipulation added that the streaming device being it a phone or tablet must feature the back of the Driver's head to be evident that the Driver is not a distracted driver.

add a free text field to disputing copyright claims When disputing claimed misuse of copyrighted music, there NEEDS to be a free text field to explain WHY I have a right to include the music I have. You cannot possibly create dropdowns including all the possible explanations, and the current three options are woefully inadequate. Sometimes, some users cannot remember what they said on the day of the ban
When they were asked to cancel after being banned,
it would be nice if the users could simply check why they were banned.

Auto muting streams is bad form Getting videos muted for playing in game music is just bad form. Bad form all around. I play SWTOR and even dialogue portions of my broadcast were muted due to this asinine policy.

Stricter Enforcement of Harassment Rule I'll note that many people have already submitted complaints about Twitch's lax punishments for harassers and abusers, but I'll submit mine anyway.
For years, there's been a user in a once huge stream who has been violating the rules thereof over and over but keeps getting unbanned despite his repeating his behaviors. Don't allow accounts to stream anime or tv shows. Make it easy to report it! There is a trend for people to stream anime series which not only is illegal, since they don't own the content which has copyright, but this will hurt twitch content creators.
Most of these channels are using an illegal streaming website to stream the show on twitch.
If they are using a legal site (for example, Crunchyroll) they are breaking the law by double streaming their content here.
They are not creating their own content, hurting all hard-working streamers that actually put effort on twitch.
The problem is there is no easy way of making a report for this case.…

Eventually block revenue when getting banned When applying a ban to a streamer, eventually apply an additional ban on their revenue (subs, bits, adv) for a period on top of the ban period.

Safety Concern Hello,
So last night I was streaming with some friends and experienced my first episode of harassment while streaming the game Dead by Daylight. Someone who claimed to have played a game with me earlier that night created an account with vulgar words in it while using my name in the username. They then began saying some pretty obscene things and it made me very uncomfortable. Dating and picking up people on stream Banned streamers for lurking and trying to pick up date during live stream. Safety precaution for young ladies streamers whom older men viewers flirting and speaking to them awkwardly during live stream. Stream should be cut off or turn off. Both streamer and viewer should be questioned. Also ban temporarily.

Presumption of innocence Apply the principle of presumption of innocence, as every respectable legal system does. Why, after a copyright claim, do you immediately take down videos or parts of the content or even ban the streames, thus automatically siding with the claimant? Youtube and other services doing this does not make it in any way right. Consider first giving the streamers a reasonable period to defend themselves, and only following on any action after the streamer has been heard and did not make a compelling case for themselves. Make the Block function logically correct The problem: Blocking someone does two things:
1. Makes them unable to interact with you in a poor manner (their messages won't show to you)
2. Makes it so they CAN'T follow you and will be forced to unfollow (which doesn't make sense and you'll see why)Now, how to fix it so it isn't garbage:
1. Make it so permanent ban forces the person to unfollow instead and prevents them from joining hosts or raids that goes to whoever banned them.

require credit card or valid ID to view or streamload adult content The onslaught of content that is borderline porographic, highly suggestive because and obvious adult content and because of the repetitiveness of underage accounts created on a daily basis. Delete Voy Que Quemo from auto mute bot My VODs keep getting muted for no reasone because, guess what? VOY QUE QUEMO IS NEVER IN ANY OF MY STREAMS! Will you please check IN-GAME Music in certain video games like Need for Speed and inform users what they're allowed to use? I got this more than twice. First in Far cry 2, then in Need for Speed Most Wanted 2005, and now in Star Wars Battlefront II classic. I am wondering if music itself is not allowed here.
