A stipulation to Driving Streams
Given the terms of service defines driving streams as Self Harm and Injury due to distracted driving, I would want a stipulation added that the streaming device being it a phone or tablet must feature the back of the Driver's head to be evident that the Driver is not a distracted driver.

Adding a stipulation that streaming devices must show the back of a driver's head can enhance safety by discouraging distracted driving. However, it raises privacy concerns as it involves recording the driver without explicit consent. Implementing this feature can be technically complex, and there's a risk of false positives, frustrating users. To address these concerns, obtain user consent, ensure technical feasibility without obstructing the driver's view, and educate users about the safety benefits. Whether this stipulation is a good idea depends on the platform's safety goals, user privacy considerations, and the ability to implement it effectively while adhering to legal regulations.
