We apply IP bans in Chat based on users' Moderation actions in certain cases. We don't currently plan to publicize the logic we use because we think it would make it easier for bad actors to bypass the restriction.

Twitch, like many other online platforms, provides moderation tools for streamers to manage their communities and deal with unwanted behavior. One of these tools is the ability to ban users from a channel, preventing them from interacting in the chat or accessing certain features while logged in. However, the concept of an IP ban, as in blocking a specific IP address from accessing the platform, is generally not a feature available to individual streamers on Twitch. Totally feel you on this one! I've been facing the same issues, and it's beyond frustrating. I mean, we're just trying to do our part as active moderators and contribute some awesome clips to highlight our favourite streamers' moments. I personally manage lots of channels of my blogs like https://powersourceelectrical.co.uk/.

Adding a stipulation that streaming devices must show the back of a driver's head can enhance safety by discouraging distracted driving. However, it raises privacy concerns as it involves recording the driver without explicit consent. Implementing this feature can be technically complex, and there's a risk of false positives, frustrating users. To address these concerns, obtain user consent, ensure technical feasibility without obstructing the driver's view, and educate users about the safety benefits. Whether this stipulation is a good idea depends on the platform's safety goals, user privacy considerations, and the ability to implement it effectively while adhering to legal regulations.
