3. being bot attacked

   hello i started my stream at 8 pm cst around on 08/07 an hour and a half in, i started to recieve a massive overload of viewers i went from 4 to 1100 and then jumped up by about 100 followers and at the writing of this its still happening i believe i am being viewbotted and i dont know what to do.

4. Shared Blocked Terms List

   I am a big proponent of blocked terms and have set up many creators with ones that aren't always caught by auto mod features where people use alternate characters and symbols to bypass the filters.

   Ex.
   ! - used in place of and i but upside down
   @ - used instead of an a or A

   Sometimes The challenge is that auto mod settings can be finicky and in an 18+ channel certain words are allowed for adult language. However, there are obvious terms in almost all channels that I moderate for that include racial slurs, queer bashing terms, transphobic terms, etc.

   Similar to the feature we have for shared banned lists, it would be great to improve the blocked terms by allowing creators to share their list.

   I find there have been times when I have to have my own list up as I start to go through 200+ terms (with variations) and start to add them to other channels I moderate for. When you compound this across multiple channels, it becomes more copy and paste than anything and more time consuming. It's not the worst to have to do, but having the option to share the blocked terms or have a pick list would be fantastic (if possible).

5. Add new genre/type to the "reporting something else", (bot account / impersonation)

   Add new report genre/type (Bot account) in the "reporting something else" or make it easier for people to report that it's a bot account which impersonates as someone else. Currently, twitch is full of bot account which stream the same exact content, just with some modifications in the "about section".    I personally think that we should be able to report such accounts and twitch should take action against them. I personally wouldn't want some of my information to be used in some other account when it's clearly not me.

7. Indefinite bans

   False violations where Twitch incorrectly flagged an account should not show against a users profile. By having the false ban on your account means it can contribute to you being indefinitely suspended due to multiple offences.

8. discrimination policies need to stop.

   Stop discriminating against us. You're new policy is heavily based in bigotry against us in the LGBT Community and even says talking about race is some how political which is racist as well. I see you'll locking other polls talking about this topic and silencing the voices of everyone in the LGBT community and linking to a post on twitter which is a safe space for bigotry and also has rules against our existance. We boycotted that platform for good reasons, if you don't want us to all switch over to youtube this would be a good idea as I see many LGBT content creators leaving directly in result of this bigotry policies. Censor me fine, Ban me fine, but know that in doing so you are only proving my point twitch moderators that you have now endorsed bigotry against me, my people, and people of color by claiming our existence is political. Its only political to bigots. Locking polls because you don't agree with having diversity in content creators shows you want to rob us of our voice and not act in honesty within your community.

9. Permanently ban user that file a false police report

   Can you guys add a more restricted rules to ban user that threatening to file a false police report against you if you did nothing wrong. Like I have a user princess chrro threatening me and my family by making false statements and accusations against me and my dad that we did nothing to the user and she got made when we confront her then she been threatening to doxx are information by hacking and threatening to file multiple false police report this type of behavior should not be allowed on twitch platforms this puts millions of user at risk of there safety concerns.

10. Please enforce your community guidelines and TOS.

    There has been an increasing amount of promotion of terrorist acts and general violence and hate towards streamers or ethnic groups.

    I think as humans we're all equal, and thus should be held accountable on equal terms. It feels like twitch has been biased towards specific groups in recent years. And actively promotes bad actors within it's community.

    We need to hold eachother accountable, and even if it's just a slap on the wrist, to avoid promoting such content on your platform will be a great step towards a better community. Please consider taking action against channels promoting hate speech, violence and terrorist acts.

11. More Transparency on Moderator & User created reports

    On reports created by Moderators or even user created reports their should be a system whereby they can see the report they created & a current status (investigating, closed, action taken ect)

    Too many times reports are filed and it seems as if those reports go unanswered or are disregarded. Emails typically don't get sent out on Action taken assuming that no action was ever taken on what a Moderator or user legitamily thinks is a user violation of TOS or Community Guidelines.

    This added transparency could also be translated into the Ban/Suspension system for appeals ect.

    There is currently a community perception that Trust & Safety, Legal, and the Partnership team is in collusion in respect to many guideline policies and are simply not enforcing certain aspects equally. More transparency should help this global perception problem.

12. Bring back the old mobile stream manager

    Please bring back the old mobile stream manager (mobile live dashboard), where during your stream you can view twitch stats above the chat panel so you can monitor twitch viewer count, uptime, and chat at the same time. This is a necessary feature for those who don't have multiple monitors and can't alt tab during gameplay.

    The current stream manager only allows you to view chat on its own panel, with a stream preview playing on top that only shows viewer count if you tap on it. It would be better to have the twitch stats tracker replace this stream preview block like before and keep the stream preview on the creator dashboard instead of in the stream manager. Or have it somewhere else, instead of taking away the twitch stats tracker (the element that shows the uptime, viewer count, followers).

13. New mobile vertical view

    Please make the new vertical streaming mode an option for the viewer. I want to be able to hold my phone vertically and see the full stream at the top of the screen with the chat below it, like it is now. I don't want to have to tilt my phone to see the whole stream. I'm not opposed to the vertical stream option, but make it AN OPTION for viewers. The vertical view will cut off parts of the streamers gaming screen and I want to be able to see the full screen.     I see that Lovense is trying to put integrations for their toys available on Twitch. As an adult creator myself, I don't think that their toys have any place for use on Twitch.

20. Reports and Bans of scam accounts needs updating (hardware bans over IP bans)

    There needs to be a bigger fight against spam and scam accounts for twitch users. as a very small streamer, nothing is more annoying than finally getting a viewer or follower after hours of streaming just to get a msg with a link to buy viewers or an ask to be added on discord (to data mine or scam off of twitch, hoping to evade account bans on twitch). There's thousands of them, acounts created every hour for this exact purpose almost exclusively coming from pakistan or nigeria (based on twitch's own viewer data in the stream summary). Theres got to be a better way to track these accounts and ban them before they continue to scam anyone who doesnt know enough abotu online safety, IP tracking/bans, hardware tracking/bans, literally anything. Its genuinely one of the most frusterating things for small streamers as we can stream for hours with little to no interaction and then later find out 90% of the interaction we did get was from scammers who couldve EASILY been dealt with before they got to our channels. Ive had 4 in the last HOUR ive been live as of posting this, all accounts created within the last 3 hours. Even the auto moderation monitors them for "suspected ban evader", it knows but wont do anything until i physically report EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.

    Please twitch team, think of some way to better fix this reporting and ban system so it can create a healthier twitch user experience for your smaller streamers (which is about 99% of your userbase)
