AI Data Training: Opt-out by default; opt-in as an option; privacy policy needed Twitch is moving forward with AI features which will be trained on our content to provide stream summaries, and potentially other features. Even if an option is provided for us to opt out of using those AI stream summaries, it does not prevent the AI from reading and using our content, as I understand it. This needs to be a separate account security feature on its own.

Inactive usernames Per the twitch policy, inactive usernames are recycled every 6 months. With that said, I have been vigilant for 3 years, attempting to acquire a username that has been inactive since its existence. This username is not someone that all ppl would want. its actually very similar to my twitch username minus 2 letters.
I would like the team to follow through on the policy and actually release the inactive usernames so that the streamers that actually put in work can utilize them for their own benefit, in turn for the benefit of the company

Revert username change I am in agreement with people requesting a reduction on the time before you're able to change your username. Even if i have to wait 2 months before i can change it to something else, I've tested out my current username, as of posting this, and have discovered i hate it. If you could revert a user name change in the first 24 hours at least, even if i had to wait 2 months until i try again, it would solve a lot of people's problems with it. Send Out Notifications When The Category Is Changed I would like to have an option that whenever you are live, and you change the category of what you are currently streaming, that new "go live" notifications (push, email, etc.) are sent out to followers. Even if it takes several minutes for these notifications to go out, it would be beneficial. Too easy to register new accounts on here when a user gets blocked To easy to register fake emails on here and harass someone defiantly need to not make it easy to create multiple user accounts on here which ultimately will lead to malicious activities.

Countermeasures against deactivated accounts A large number of bot accounts have been following me to an account of a friend of mine and then deactivating the account.
They only activate accounts when they are harassing me.
When I try to report them, I can't even report them because they are already disabled.
Blocking and banning cannot be done from the screen because they are disabled as well.
Account deactivation is being abused.
In addition, accounts that have been followed and deactivated cannot be retrieved in the Twitch API's "Channels/Followers", so it is not easy to take action against the account in question.

Memorialize Accounts for users that have passed away If a user has passed away, and this can be verified with an obituary or a death certificate, it would be nice if Twitch could auto-cancel any subscriptions coming from that channel, and give the channel a special badge that indicates that this user has passed away, or change the bio to say "Legacy Account" in front of whatever has been written in the bio (if anything), or above the username.

Set email or push notifications when a channel goes live in a specific category, or with specific tags. As a viewer, I would like to be able to receive a push notification when any streamer goes live in a certain category, or with certain tags, or both! I love finding new streamers to watch, and this would help me discover more of them.
Oftentimes, there are less popular games or categories which will have low numbers of viewers, who are very dedicated to that category. Free Up Banned/Suspended Usernames that do not have offensive names. Many usernames are banned on Twitch for no known reason. After a while, those suspended accounts should be released so that content creators can get a chance to use them for their branding. For example, the username "fairy" was made partner before it was banned. It would be very nice if a content creator could have that name.

Depreciate Stream Streaks and transition to a check in system Stream Streaks create fear of missing out in a way that hurts engagement.
Let me present some scenarios that illustrate my point:

allow users to view old Twitch account names after a name change If a broadcaster does not stream often or regularly, it can be tough to keep up with their channel. If they switch their Twitch username and you don't recognise it on your follower list, there should be a way to view their past user names to clarify who the streamer is. Quick and easy, Steam has a similar feature that has helped me not remove friends after a username switch.

PassKey Account Login Feature Please consider adding a new feature called PassKey for an even more secure way to log In to your account on the Twitch Mobile App on iOS. PassKey allows you to login to your account without a password instead you receive a text with a code on your mobile device that you use to log In. Allow Us to disable "Streamer Shouts" Please add an option to fully disable Streamer Shouts. The existing notification setting does not stop Shouts from appearing in the Streamer Shouts announcement/inbox bar at the top of Twitch. Even with the Streamer Shouts notification disabled, the icon continues showing new/unread Shouts.
If a user disables Streamer Shouts, there should be an option to stop receiving them entirely or at minimum prevent the announcement icon/unread counter from appearing.

Make 1-2 Twitch servers in ROMANIA! Hello Twitch team, There are many Romanian streamers who complain about the servers, we cannot have a very nice stream because the drop frame increases, the bitrate decreases or fluctuates. Specifically, in Romania we have a speed of 1000MB/s upload and download.
I come up with the idea and the proposal to make 1-2-3 Twitch servers for Romania, there are so many servers all over the world, but not in Romania. Please help us too.All my esteem and respect.

Raise the Limit of Accounts you can Follow When someone has been active on Twitch for a few years, it’s easy to max out on how many streamers a person can follow. It would be incredible if Twitch could give us an option to raise that limit for active accounts that are over 1 year old. It could be something streamers have to opt in to so Twitch knows the streamer’s account is still active.
The current maximum of accounts you can follow is 2,000.

Stop using my mobile number for creating an Authy account In https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/two-factor-authentication?language=en_US#Emotes?tt_content=two_factor_emote_rewards&tt_medium=notification_center it says that "When you set up Two-Factor Authentication on your account, an Authy account is automatically created for you even if you choose to actively use an alternative authentication app. This means you can fill out Authy’s Phone Change Form and recover access to your account." I don't need you creating an Authy account behind my back. You have to give us the option to undo this.
