Raise the Limit of Accounts you can Follow When someone has been active on Twitch for a few years, it’s easy to max out on how many streamers a person can follow. It would be incredible if Twitch could give us an option to raise that limit for active accounts that are over 1 year old. It could be something streamers have to opt in to so Twitch knows the streamer’s account is still active.
The current maximum of accounts you can follow is 2,000.

Incentivizing EB adoption would not only offload Twitch's transcoding infrastructure costs, but also put more money in creators' pockets while strengthening Twitch's relationship with the broader creator community.

Stop shadow banning without notifying the user I think I just got shadow banned. The only thing that tipped me off was being invisible in chat all of a sudden. I checked, and no formal actions have been taken against my account. I am careful to follow community chat guidelines, and it's a big deal to me to be a positive presence in chat. I don't use abusive language or bots. I don't spam. I don't even stream, I'm just a viewer. Shadow banning is illegal in some countries, so I'm going to look into statutes around this to see if it's even allowed in the US.

Stop censoring anti-genocide streamers. Several streamers have recently been banned from mass reports of pro-genocidal Zionist streamers and their blatantly racist and violent communities, along with doxxing them and threatening their safety. Fix the Time it takes and process to reactivate account You need to implement a faster way to reactivate accounts, currently it takes up to 2 weeks, which i find absolutly rediculoius, twitter and fb are instant, your process looser streamers money and views and subs having to wait for so long, what happens if somone did it by accident, fix this major floor

Please provide alternative methods to Phone Verification. There are many circumstances where a user may not be able to use a mobile phone to verify their account:
They live in area that does not have cell service;
They live or work in an institution that does not not allow the use of mobile phones (such as prisons or secure locations, intelligence agencies, etc.)
They are too poor to afford a mobile phone (poor people can still watch ads, and provide valuable content to the site)

Human support I am sorry to report that Twitch Support is quite non-existent. The 'live chat' feature via the help page is fully AI, the 'bot' transfers you to an 'agent', it's AI
I put in a ticket nearly 2 days ago via Twitch Partner help tickets, no reply. This is not good enough!

Remove inappropriate letter combinations in activation codes When activating my Twitch account on my Xbox One, I received a code to enter in at twitch.tv/activate that began with "***". Inappropriate combinations of letters should not be included in activation codes.

Better Support for Account Issues This idea is borne of having a poor experience with Twitch support in its current form. I've streamed dozens of hours and suddenly two streams were flagged for copyright issues. The flagged OSTs were from Elden Ring, the game I was playing. It was the music in the game that got flagged. Clearly a mistake, but the only responses I would get on my support ticket were the generic responses about not having copyrighted materials on your stream. Stop banning people without explanation and making it impossible to communicate with support Pretty self explanatory, but multiple people I know have been banned without explanation. They submit an appeal stating they can't possibly defend themselves if they don't know what they did,. Appeal denied and now the "enhanced" resolution process that Dan Clancy bragged about at Twitch Con makes it literally impossible to contact support with additional information.
This process is still a complete dumpster fire. Why is there not a process which allows back and forth communication?

Increase the limit/cap of game categories you can follow Currently you are able to follow a limited amount of game categories, once you reach the limit you are unable to follow more categories.
I believe a higher limit (or none at all) would be preferable to many more people.
Use-cases:
I tend to follow newly released games to keep an eye on who might be streaming.I also tend to follow games that usually aren't streamed much, it is nice to be able to see when the category has people streaming.
Currently I would be forced to unfollow other categories, which limits the amount of streams I likely would…

Option for support regarding accidental unfollows pre confirmation. I emailed support a while ago and was told that developers are working on the idea. I was hoping if we could get support on reinstating follow dates that were accidently lost before unfollow confirmation was implemented. Many people accidently unfollowed accounts or lost following so lost their follow dates and by providing proof people should be able to reinstate these dates. Thanks!

Allow smaller payouts for beginner streamers Currently, the minimum payout on Twitch is $50. For beginner streamers, this amount can be too high and may feel discouraging while they are still growing. My suggestion is that Twitch allows beginner streamers to make smaller withdrawals, even symbolic amounts, as a way of encouragement.
Any amount received can make a huge difference at the start — whether to invest in better equipment (like a microphone, lighting, or internet) or simply as motivation to keep streaming. This would create a more positive and inclusive experience for new creators on the platform.
