Allow Us to disable "Streamer Shouts" Please add an option to fully disable Streamer Shouts. The existing notification setting does not stop Shouts from appearing in the Streamer Shouts announcement/inbox bar at the top of Twitch. Even with the Streamer Shouts notification disabled, the icon continues showing new/unread Shouts.
If a user disables Streamer Shouts, there should be an option to stop receiving them entirely or at minimum prevent the announcement icon/unread counter from appearing.
Right now, disabling the notification doesn't actually stop the part of the feature that's intrusive.63 votes -
AI Data Training: Opt-out by default; opt-in as an option; privacy policy needed Twitch is moving forward with AI features which will be trained on our content to provide stream summaries, and potentially other features. Even if an option is provided for us to opt out of using those AI stream summaries, it does not prevent the AI from reading and using our content, as I understand it. This needs to be a separate account security feature on its own.

Depreciate Stream Streaks and transition to a check in system Stream Streaks create fear of missing out in a way that hurts engagement.
Let me present some scenarios that illustrate my point:
Three of your favorite streamers go live at the same time. You watch on mobile. You cannot check in with all of them despite having streaks with all of them. Who do you prioritize? You move to desktop and still lose the streak because it doesn't record you as a viewer. How do you feel?

Shame on you guys for allowing "Training for Generative AI", it should be removed!!! Especially horrible to have it on by default! Gen ai steals from the public, is a cancer on society, hurts brain development and promotes dementia and psychosis, hurts the environment, and hurts electric bills, especially in disenfranchised communities!

Incentivize Enhanced Broadcasting with a 10% Revenue Split Bonus The core purpose of Enhanced Broadcasting (EB) is to save Twitch money on transcoding. Incentivizing EB adoption would not only offload Twitch's transcoding infrastructure costs, but also put more money in creators' pockets while strengthening Twitch's relationship with the broader creator community.

Re-add public follow age for chat members, or at least make it a toggle? Follow age has and always will be a great feature for moderation, and for also helping new chatters understand the community better. Removing the feature entirely makes chatrooms more anonymous and removes a sense of history from each person, other than just seeing how long they've subscribed. Removing this feature has just made Twitch feel more impermanent without a sense of longevity to communities!

Bring back the follow age to the public I'm unsure as to why it was removed from the public viewing in the first place. But I feel as if it should be brought back so people can see it again. It was a big and staple part of many communities. It's been a feature for so long it feels not right having the ability to check how long I've been following someone not there anymore. Username Rename Tool Bug Multiple people have reported that the username rename tool has been bugged for them, including me. EVERYTHING we type in is being marked as unavailable no matter what browser or device we use. When cross checked with other accounts or sign up, the username availability seems to be working fine. This makes it impossible to change our username on our accounts. Support has been incompetent and unhelpful for us. This is a bug on Twitch's end. It's an annoyance at best and even if you turn the notifications OFF you are still BOMBARDED with notifications of people you don't even associate with or care about. Twitch staff have not been any help and roll out broken updates that make one think it was produced by COD devs. If you are going to roll out something new then make sure it at least works first.
Secondly it can cause mental health distress to those who have MH issues.

Allow all opt-out of AI usage/training (like all of it) As everyone knows, Twitch is rolling out with AI features and is trying to train itself using content that their own creators to enhance it. Mod Anniversary dates - incorrect tracking As of today, mod appreciation, we got to pop a new fancy mod anniversay in the channels we moderate for. Immediately, several fellow moderators in many different channels all noticed the dates calculated were incorrect for the length of time we have been a moderator in those channels.

Add a feature to block/hide content by specific language tags Hello, Twitch Team.
Please add an official feature that allows users to block or put specific language tags into a "blacklist."
Currently, we can only filter content by choosing languages we want to see (whitelist), but we cannot completely hide streams in languages we do not want to see in our recommendations, sidebars, or browse sections.
Having a dedicated "Language Blocklist" in the settings would significantly improve user experience, keeping recommendations relevant and safer for users who wish to completely avoid content in specific languages.

TWITCH DROPS CRITICAL BUG ! Drops are removed immediately after the stream. Hello, Since the recent introduction of the "Load More" button in Twitch drops inventory, drops in some games have started deleting after a stream (they're supposed to last 7 days). Even if I take them into my inventory, they don't appear in the game. Because they're DELETED on Twitch and don't even show up in "Closed Drop Campaigns." They should be there after the stream ends, but they're not—they're simply deleted. This has been observed in Rainbow Six Siege and Standoff 2.
