(Twitch): "oh you want a new interface for no reason right??"How about y'all actually listen to feedback and do maybe ONE thing users actually ask for, instead of literally having a bot suggest nonsense changes that do absolutely nothing to improve service. This is 100% you making cheap, easy changes so that you can claim to be actively working on the site for investors. Just a shred of decency and sincerity would be so nice to see for once PLEASE.

stream info being at the top of streams can we go back to having the stream title and information at the bottom of the stream we are watching as the information being at the top is really distracting and takes away from the quality of the stream. the stream information at the top is really ugly looking and makes it not enjoyable to watch my favourite streamers on desktop! please change it back no one likes this dumb change

layout The experimental viewer layout is an unnecessary change and creates a visually confusing experience. The viewer count and timer moving above the video player is one thing, but the title should remain below the video screen. This change makes everything look extremely cramped and I could not see this being a worth while change in any capacity. Website layout is one of the most important aspects of retaining your users, and if I opened Twitch for the very first time and saw this layout I would click off immediately.

Tune down sensitivity on "active chat" clip suggestions I noticed a new feature today, where a suggestion pops up whenever chat is "highly active" that I should make a clip to preserve the memories. Only... this usually happens at times when nothing notable is happening on the stream. It's even happened with streams that are still on a "Starting Soon" screen, where the streamer isn't even doing anything yet! Fix the AI gerneated category image Wasn't sure where to put this but someone at Twitch should know - the new picture for the health and fitness category is AI generated and looks bad. The dog is running the wrong way on the treadmill. Not sure how that's supposed to work. Looks dumb.

veganism I would like to kindly request the creation of a veganism section where vegan streamers who do not discriminate can broadcast their streams. Since you are not going to remove speciesist comments or sponsors, I would appreciate it if you considered adding a section where we can find streamers who do not promote animal cruelty. Many times, we feel intimidated by individuals who seek more personal interactions but end up being discriminatory, creating conflict for vegan viewers. Regarding default tab on app homepage While the latest version of the Twitch mobile app reincorporates the Following page to the Home Screen, it doesn’t make it the default tab. Instead, it directs to the Live tab when opening the app. I would recommend either making the Following page the default tab or add a tab under Settings > Preferences to allow users to set either the Following or Live page as the tab that appears when opening the app (with one of the two serving as the app default).

Better appeal handling. Looking for a direct line to a twitch admin to appeal a permanent misunderstood suspension on a friends account. Proof of innocence provided. An immediate ban should not be issued based on an out of context conversation. First time offences from people should be more thoroughly investigated rather than 1 appeal in 6 months which is absurd.

Better unfollow controls The current way to unfollow channels is to click on the channel and then unfollow from there. This experience is absolutely abysmal when unfollowing large numbers of channels. On the mobile app it's even worse. Do something similar to YouTube and have a page that has all the channels you're following in alphabetical order and be able to unfollow or change notification settings all on that one page.

Twitch is conducting Antisemitic suppression of Arabic streamers (semites refers to poeoples who speak Hebrew, Aramaic, OR **ARABIC) First of all, I do not appreciate that there is no "OTHER" option for CATEGORY: General, SUB-CATEGORY: Generic Issue; It's obvious why you don't have this option; It's because you don't want feedback on certain issues and that's straight up not ok to suppress the voice of your customers to suit what your company wants for itself.

raids Being a part of raids should be OPT-IN. Forcing a user to click "leave" when raiding leads to a worse UX for many. It also skews your internal metrics because users are just being bounced from channel to channel. Many folks have been complaining about this for years:

Annoying autoplay on the homepage I noticed there is no way to turn off the annoying autoplay on the home screen. I assume it was left purposely unaccessable to try and 'promote smaller streamers', but instead it only makes me close the Twitch tab the second I hear the loud and irrelevant stream; I am informing the company as to why I don't use their services at all. Maybe put in the ability to pause autoplay from the homescreen?

Appeal suspended accounts effective immediately upon thorough investigation My fiancé, @virgo_va has been wrongfully suspended. He is a target of @6arakin who has severely cyberbullied my fiancé for a while now. And when my fiancé tries to defend himself, me, and our cat, he gets banned. He was denied an appeal, so if he doesn't get his account back with all of his followers and subscribers, I'm afraid we're going to have to take this to court. @6arakin's hateful and evil behavior towards others has been excused for too long, and that's not fair.

DMCA Abuse of DMCA system of claims violating live-streams (they receive a notification and get banned immediately that creates possibilities of unfair abuse). At the same time DMCA agents have poor qualification and when they receive a counter-notification they behave as they want instead reminding a claimer that only a COURT can solve DMCA rights abused or not. Youtube has better system - when you claim on someone and receive a counter- notification you have 10 days to sent Youtube agent a proof that you are starting a procedure in Court otherwise your content is safe. Please fix this difference.
