Better appeal handling.
Looking for a direct line to a twitch admin to appeal a permanent misunderstood suspension on a friends account. Proof of innocence provided. An immediate ban should not be issued based on an out of context conversation. First time offences from people should be more thoroughly investigated rather than 1 appeal in 6 months which is absurd.
