"Art scam" bots running wild. Dear Twitch,
Anything to be done to defend against "Art Scam" bots that attack newer streamers, I'll be minding my own business in stream and all of a sudden, there'll be a "Hey there" and then for the next couple of minutes they'll try and act like a real viewer, only to ask for your discord, where they'll show you their portfolio, which ends up being bad, or copy and paste graphics.
I haven't gotten as far as that because I realised quickly what was happening.

Using the N word with the hard R should be permanent/indefinite ban. There should no reason to give 7 day bans, especially if they have had a long history of offenses. There's a streamer this hour just banned for racism using the N word with the hard R. He's now on discord laughing at it says he'll be back in 7 days. Please fix this.

Create a better 'safety' system than requiring a phone number which is a very personal and private piece of information Giving our phone numbers to you has proven unsafe and I believe will be shown again to be unsafe again in the future with leaks or the potential to sell our personal information.
With that being said, I have noticed that we cannot even follow some channels without giving you such a personal piece of information.
I strongly ask for a better system that guarantees not only streamer's safety but also viewers, one where we do not have to give a piece of personal information we do not want to give you or we can't as in some cases phone…

Permaban female streamers habitually sexualizing their streams. You cant avoid this stuff. You go to twitch's front page and you see women clearly showing as much boob as possible without it being pornographic just to draw in ***** viewers. Warn or prevent livestreamers that attempt to watch another stream with mismatched content classification labels.. Imagine this scenario. You are a user and have seen and accepted all content classification labels warnings. You can navigate Twitch and can watch any content without any warning (this is fine).
Now imagine you are streaming live and navigate Twitch to see what other people are doing. You click on a unassuming stream that has labels, you are not aware of this and you do not have some/all labels that they do, now you are technically in danger of breaking ToS since you are capable of accidentally showing content that could only be streamed under some labels.

Twitch rules need clarifaction of acceptable content from male streamers. Twitch is starting to fall apart. I'm a guy, does this mean i can stream on web cam shirtless? As long as i label as adult content? What about just in my boxers?
Twitch needs to focus on what twitch is about, gaming and making content. If you want to do only fan stuff, then make an only fans.
If you're going to have an adult section of twitch make it accessible only to 18+ and keep the two content separate.

Account Verification needed for Following Channels. The safety settings as of now only affect the chat, not the channel itself. Leaving the streamer vulnerable to "Follow Raids" by bot accounts. Here are some safety options that could be implemented to prevent this:

Avoid getting blocked users on Twitch's front page As a viewer who has blocked a few streamers for harassment, intimidation and threats, I still can see some on them in the carousel on my PC despite having blocked all of them.
I would believe that a full blocking would need to block them in the carousel as an addition to not see them in recommandations and block them from seeing our interactions on Twitch as it happens on Youtube.7 votes -
content classification Labels are terrible The new Content Classification labels are lacking in nuance and provide more harm than good.
As opposed to a general "This stream is intended for mature audience and may include content inappropriate for general audiences" You've instead provided people with weapons to attack streamers with unless they flag their stream as inappropriate for everyone. It's already commonplace where minority streamers will get attacked with false reports of things like emotes being too sexual when they are clearly not.

Users need tools to report Abusive mods or contest Reports against them Users need to know when Mods have reported them, banned them (even by accident) or placed them on Shared ban info lists to be able to contests them and fight against abusive mods.

Adding Distractive Driving to the list for reporting a stream. When reporting a stream, there is no specific choice for reporting a streamer who is interacting with chat while driving. Distractive Driving needs to be added to the list, so it's clear.

Do something to protect against false copyright claims on our streams Protect streamers from false copyright claims. We don't want this to become like Youtube where anyone can just claim your content without any repercussions.
There are hundreds of fake accounts stealing music from video games and voicing rap over it, posting it as original content and then claiming the original video game music as their own whenever it is played on a stream.
Countering it takes entering your full name and address. No way anybody is gonna appeal those muted vods or copyright claims by submitting that info.

Stop removing emotes that aren't actually offensive. I have seen so many ridiculous emotes get removed. Middle fingers, a butt shaking, dancing are not offensive and it is absolutely childish to ban an emote that is literally just pixels showing things that every iPhone and Android have (the middle finger)

Appeal Review Timeline Suspension appeals should have a clear timeline. Additionally it should be clear that it has actually been recieved & where it is in the process. It shouldnt take months to review a vod "pending" is not a clear acknowledment of reciept let alone a clear communication of expectd timeline. It leaves "innocent" parties hanging in limbo sometimes with slanderous accusations having been made.

Improve Chat Ban Appeals! Why is it that we only get one chance to appeal to a ban? All I try to do is atone for my sins and be accepted again. Being banned from a chat of a channel that you follow for so long just because you made a clueless mistake is unfair. Can't I make an appeal once a year, whether through time of if it gets denied? Tell people why they are suspended instead of suspending the accou t and not replying to emails regarding said account When you ban/suspend an account without a clear reason and they try asking why and how to fix the suspension, email that person back. Don't ignore it. I have proof that twitch replies to certain emails and ignores others. Twitch is a joke and they play favorites.

Add Report Category for Accidental Live Streams I recently came across a stream who appeared to have accidentally gone live. Their stream was broadcasting everything they were doing on their phone and revealing a lot of personal information. They were entering their phone number, passwords, and all sorts of sensitive information without understanding it was being streamed.
It is the stream of my viewers who appears to have difficulty with technology, and some of my mods were trying to reach out in discord or in their chat to get their attention. We all immediately reported, but there doesn't seem to be a category for this. 6+ hours…
