If Twitch Partners are going to abuse DMCA, then there should be some SERIOUS punishment for it. Revoke their Partnerships for anyone who blatantly abuses it and, should the case be a severe one, disallow them from re-achieving Partnership status for a length of time or even permanently (with Affiliation being either harder to attain or also permanently disallowed; again, depends on the severity of the case).

Unacceptable usernames I find it completely unacceptable that you are allowing disgusting usernames that disparage other individuals. Please fix this. How can words that are not even swear words be blocked but individuals can make user names or tell other individuals they are less then based on the color of there skin? Please put a filter in place!

PROTECT SUBSCRIBERS Allow Subscribers to quickly report abusive communities, Moderators, Streamers. Allow Subscribers to protect their mental health through blocking measures. Ban the N word During the town hall the coo mentioned that Twitch didn't want to assume identity. The N word hard R is is a slur and should not be allowed to be sent through chat under any circumstances. It is hate speech. N word with the a used on stream amongst Black individuals is in no way the same as saying N hard R in chat.

Will there be a good behavior policy that wipes clean previous strikes? Some people (like myself) receive strikes by people manipulating the system to punish streamers they don't like. If we go for an extended period with zero infractions, it only makes sense we are forgiven previous strikes and shouldn't face terminated channels. Especially with such a low bar as 3 strikes and no true recourse to appeal or even have our own proof to provide in said appeal (since the video is wiped clean before we can make a full copy to provide evidence). Actually respond and have a place for attachments when filing an appeal Months ago, I filed for an appeal on another twitch channel I run and I never got a response. There’s no way for me to contact about being updated. Also, when filing the appeal, there was no way for me to attach proof that I had permission from the artist to use their song. So, attachments when filing an appeal needs to be a thing. And again, I never heard back so that part of the one video is still muted despite appeal being filed months ago and having the artist’s permission in writing

Alternatives to suspensions for DMCA DEAR READER(S),
There needs to be an extension in the amount of time content creators are allowed to fix or remove disputed content.
BANNING AN ACCOUNT out right is uncalled for considering other rightfully banned accounts that are intentionally uploading and maintaining disputed content without multiple warnings and flags in place as well as assistance to edit and/or remove content.

Rework the DMCA-system I've decided to go on a bit of a rant regarding the current DMCA-system in place. While it's a stretch to call it constructive, seeing as I can't offer a viable second option, I still feel a need to express my opinion on this.
The current system you have in place is pure destruction for the platform. Not allowing streamers to stream the music they want is a change I find it hard to accept. And I don't even stream myself. If I was considering it, I definitely won't with the current situation.

Music Please I would love for there to be a place full of approved music. Like with YouTube, have a page, tab, or something with music that wont get copyright stuck. Especially since even some game music can get strikes. I don't want to get in trouble and I only recently learned that you can't play everyday music. It would be awesome if you would compile a list of music for people to be able to play without getting in trouble. Please and Thank You

I’d like Twitch to reconsider bringing back channel hosting, not necessarily in the exact same form as the old Host Mode, but as a redesigned feature that solves the problems Twitch identified when it was removed.

Hasanabi must be permanently banned from Twitch Hasan has regularly called for violence against political opponents, and continues to violate Twitch Terms of Service. However, Hasan is treated with only the gentlest suspensions, often organized around times when he will not be streaming. It is well past time to permanently ban Hasanabi, and I guarantee I will not donate a single cent to any creator through Twitch, nor subscribe to any creators, until this horrendous mouthpiece for the violent left is permanently and irreversibly banned for good.
