Front page decision email missing Last month when applying for Front Page, I got a confirmation email, but I never got an accept/deny email.
When I reached out to Partner Help to get the result, I found out that neither Partner Help nor Discord Staff could provide any updates on applications.
The suggested action:
If you didn't receive a confirmation or decision email, check that your email was entered correctly and resubmit before applications close.This makes no sense as decision emails are sent after applications close.
Therefore, if we dont get a decision email, we have no way to find out what the decision…

Stream Manager Feature: Dynamic Subathon Protocol (Modular 48-Hour Stream Cutoff) Hello Twitch Product Team,
Currently, all Twitch broadcasts are subject to a strict 48-hour continuous streaming limit, after which the ingest server automatically terminates the session. While this safety measure effectively prevents ghost streams and mitigates server load, it creates a major disruption for creators running legitimate multi-day subathons, charity marathons, or community events. Restarting a live stream mid-event leads to significant viewer drop-off, breaks chat momentum, and interrupts active subscription trains.
To solve this without increasing manual moderation overhead, I am proposing the Dynamic Marathon Protocol (DMP)—a self-service, automated system built into the Creator Dashboard.

Let us claim drops after the deadline ends (as long as we have progress on them.) It would be a very nice addition to twitch if you let us claim our drops that we progressed on. It's not our fault if they limited it to 1 stream and that stream isn't on so you can't complete it, and then at the last day "oh yea you can watch any stream to get it" but most people are busy or already gave up on trying to get it.
This is for drops that we only have progress on not drops we've never progressed or games we never play. (Drop claim history)

Add an optional static or hidden live thumbnail to help prevent stream sniping Feature suggestion: Allow streamers to replace their live gameplay thumbnail with a custom static image or generic placeholder while appearing in game categories such as VALORANT.
This would make it harder for opponents to identify their match by scanning live thumbnails for the same map, agent composition or gameplay situation.
Streamers could optionally use a misleading thumbnail showing a different map, or choose to hide the preview entirely until viewers open the channel.
This wouldn't eliminate stream sniping, but it could make finding the correct stream significantly more difficult without requiring a stream delay or compromising the live viewing experience.

Cancel the OpenAI x Twitch Twitchcon Hackathon Event Hosting an event revolving around the use of Generative AI that will be featured at the largest Twitch related social event is a blatant disregard and disrespect to all of the home grown developers and programmers that work to make their streams great for their viewers. This needs to be cancelled. We're already vocally anti-AI, and this is yet another unwanted move against the community to try and further inject AI usage into a people focused platform. #shorts feed cathegory We have amazing tools to create #shorts and yet twitch has a very poor implementation of #shorts (very poor engagement in native platform). The only way for the shorts to get seen and get traction is to push them on YT or TikTok.
I suggest a menu category for shorts:Overview>Live>Videos>Categories>Channels> [SHORTS]
This category could be populated with #shots suggestions based on the users likes / watched categories (based on algorithm).
We could push shorts gaining traction: Top #shorts, top #shorts of the day, etc.

PPV Movie Nights PPV Movie Nights with your favourite streamer
My idea: Let your favourite streamers host ticketed movie nights for a suggested $2 entry ticket, featuring a licensed selection of Prime Video rent-or-buy films(all the good movies seem to be rent-or-buy anyway), with synchronized playback through the streamer, their live commentary, and the community chat.
Ticket revenue should IMHO be shared between Twitch/Amazon, and the creators or rights owners of the movies. Since the deliberatly low ticket prices, the streamers profit from offering additional service to their community, aside from getting to watch their favourite movies with their lovely communities.

Creators who unbox, streamer brand opportunities I think the unboxing category is a great idea, especially for creators who do unboxing content. I think twitch should have a category for this that gives creators a chance to have their content seen by companies and brands who send creators products to be unboxed. Redeems Overhaul (Multi-Idea) As it currently stands, channel points are unlocked for everyone that comes to your channel. Which is a great way to get engagement and have things for new viewers to do.
However we depserately need to add some new features.
First, loadouts. I would like to pick a game/category, and pick what redeems get turned off or on for it, so when I swap games, it changes automatically. creator drops Resubs and bulk-purchases of subscriptions to channels should count towards Creator Badge (Sub) Drop Criteria eligibility.
It has come to my attention that the Creator Badge Drop Events do not count resubscriptions from currently subscribed viewers towards receiving the Subscription category of the Badge Drop Event.
While I understand receiving new subscriptions from new viewers is important, repeated and loyal subscribers are equally important, if not more valuable to a channel's foundation.

Inactive Usernames I am suggesting adding giving long-term twitch affiliates that are actively streaming consistently streaming or have been an affiliate for 5 years or longer, to be able to have the same access to Inactive usernames that Partners do.
Understandably there would have be certain criteria to meet to be able to have access, such as streaming concurrently for 6 months out of the year.3 votes -
Twitch "Raid Ready" Flag for DJ's Can we get a flag or maybe have the DJ logo change color when a DJ is ready for a Raid?
We need a way to signal other DJ’s that are ready to take a break and want to bless another DJ.
It needs to be simple though… not a huge change, suttle. There is an option to block Raids for 1 hour.. should be a similar for “Ready for Raid.” Blessings!

Ban RERUN streams, or make it obvious that they are reruns I stream in a smaller category, but not so small that it's usually empty. The top streamers have almost ALL started spawning rerun channels, and then raiding themselves. The raided channels then dominate overtop of up and coming channels, and take up half the category.
It's gotten absolutely ridiculous. They're not live, this is a livestreaming website, they're just playing old vods.

Add Writing and Reading to Stream-O-Ween Categories So Stream-O-Ween is cool, but feels a little limited. For instance my chat wanted me to read some scary stories this month but Writing & Reading isn't included in Stream-O-Ween so I can't be in the category for what I'm doing, while also in Stream-O-Ween

Fix Badge Campaign Watch Progress Tracking Badge campaign watch progress can sometimes stay at 0% or stop progressing even while an eligible stream is being watched.
This can happen across different devices and campaigns, which makes it possible to miss rewards even when the required watch time is completed.
Improving the reliability of watch-progress tracking, and making failed progress easier to verify afterwards, would help prevent users from losing badge rewards because of tracking issues.

Create a "Random Games" category for randomized game streams. I often do streams featuring games chosen at the last minute, and a category for this type of stream would be great.

Opt-out for "Shout" reminders Since the launch of Shout, most days I log in to Twitch I have a new, repeated notification about it: "You have X new viewers you can reach and send a personalized shout to." I've deleted 3 so far and one more just arrived.
This is pure noise because I have no intention of using Shout on my viewers outside of some rare, special events, mainly because I've seen first-hand how intrusive it is.
I've already turned off all 3 notification types for Shouts and I still get these (and I still get Shouts from other streamers, too).

Rotate channels periodically Based on who is following the rules correctly and sticking to their schedules also following moderation with their moderators and continuously put in at good streams I feel that person's channel should be rotated towards the upper echelon of people so they can be noticed as well instead of just the viewer count
