Fix Badge Campaign Watch Progress Tracking
Badge campaign watch progress can sometimes stay at 0% or stop progressing even while an eligible stream is being watched.
This can happen across different devices and campaigns, which makes it possible to miss rewards even when the required watch time is completed.
Improving the reliability of watch-progress tracking, and making failed progress easier to verify afterwards, would help prevent users from losing badge rewards because of tracking issues.
