Resubs and bulk-purchases of subscriptions to channels should count towards Creator Badge (Sub) Drop Criteria eligibility.
It has come to my attention that the Creator Badge Drop Events do not count resubscriptions from currently subscribed viewers towards receiving the Subscription category of the Badge Drop Event.
While I understand receiving new subscriptions from new viewers is important, repeated and loyal subscribers are equally important, if not more valuable to a channel's foundation.
During my currently ongoing badge drop event, several viewers of mine have informed me that they did not receive the Sub badge reward despite resubscribing while the event was live and active.
This included subscribers who subscribe months in advance and Tier 2 and above subscribers as well, which from a monetary standpoint, is far more expensive/valuable than a single month Tier 1 subscription, so I fail to understand why these examples are not eligible for receiving the Creator Sub Badge reward.
Please consider changing the criteria to include such cases for receiving the Creator Badge Sub Category reward.
