Front page decision email missing
Last month when applying for Front Page, I got a confirmation email, but I never got an accept/deny email.
When I reached out to Partner Help to get the result, I found out that neither Partner Help nor Discord Staff could provide any updates on applications.
The suggested action:
If you didn't receive a confirmation or decision email, check that your email was entered correctly and resubmit before applications close.
This makes no sense as decision emails are sent after applications close.
Therefore, if we dont get a decision email, we have no way to find out what the decision was. Neither Partner Help nor Discord Staff can give an answer, and the suggested action will never work.
This is a hole.
We either need to give Partner Help/Discord Staff the ability to retrieve and communicate the decision, or we need notifications on Twitch, or even a dedicated Front Page section in the Creator Dashboard.
