Mute clips w/ copyrighted music, rather than delete them I noticed that the clips are deleted by the system due to the presence of copyrighted music. In the recording of the broadcast, these places have a mute. It would be nice to turn off the sound in them instead of deleting clips.

Exporting Videos Needs Better Visual Feedback I'd like for the export function in the dashboard to have improved visual feedback. Currently, there is none (I am using the Desktop version).
And by that I mean:
A progress indicator next to a video that is being exported:
Video is being processed
Export in progress
Export completeThere should also be a marker for which videos have already been marked for export:
When exporting many videos, you have to check titles, thumbnails and/or video length to track which one you already prepared to export.

30fps for 60fps streams Playing streams at 60fps leads to lots of short buffers and regular intrerruptions. Having an option to play 60fps streams at 30fps regardless of whether the streamer only offers the source, should be a feature.

Disable Clip Autoplay When I watch a clip, don't queue up another clip to autoplay. Half the time I watch a clip, I want to watch it again, so it's annoying if it advances and I lose the clip, especially on mobile. The other half, I've never heard of the streamer that's queued.

YouTube Export Thumbnails and Flags When exporting vods to YT, it would be really nice if we could add a thumbnail to the vod like we would if we were on YouTube and if the export function could flag if there are problems with your videos (i.e. this video has < or > in it, so it won't export). Video Collection disappears in Layout A Collection on the VideoPage disappears even after refreshing it and SAVING it in the Layout-Manager. After refreshing the Browser the List/Collection is gone! Video speed settings and jump forward/backward Dear Twitch team,
Could you please add settings to the video player in the Twitch mobile app or web for mobile devices allowing user to increase video speed (1.25, 1.5, 2 times) of past broadcasts (VODs) as it is possible on the web for desktops?

Allow Editing Highlights While They Are Processing Again I am unsure if this is intentional, but when you highlight a VOD you now have to wait for each highlight to finish processing to add a description or change its title or game.
This has only been the case for about a month; before that you could add a description while a highlight was processing no problem.

When download a clip from the share button the downloaded file should have the same name of the title of the clip. When you download a clip the filename is non-descriptive. It should have the same name as the title of the clip. When downloading multiple clips it's difficult to keep track of them right now.

Scheduled Reruns with Streamer Defined Pre-Roll When I travel, I expect that I'm not engaging my audience and that I'll lose viewers/subs/etc. The rerun functionality right now is a way to give viewers a reason to hang out while watching content - but it's too hard to do. Someone has to manually manage each days list of videos, manually start it, manually start it, and frequently communicate in chat that it's not in fact a live stream.
Here's how I believe it'd be solved and would increase streamer quality of life:

Turn off auto-play I generally fall asleep watching somebody's past broadcasts and recently twitch added an auto-play feature that you cant turn off and for people who have limited bandwidth it makes it impossbile to do so anymore. So i was wondering if we could get an option to turn off auto-play.

For several months, you have been limiting the maximum stream quality to 720p and the bitrate to 3000 for viewers from Russia, explaining this by saying that you receive insufficient revenue from us.

Enable UTC display toggle for VODs You're watching a stream. Two or more of your favorites happen to be participating in shenanigans. You REALLY want to be able to switch perspectives in a short or compilation video. But because streamers start at different times (sometimes vastly so) seeking out the material can be frustrating!
Why let that sort of hassle fester when you can make it LOADS easier? Put up a toggle that allows people reviewing clips to see the UTC time of the recording!
When gathering clips for a perspective compilation or short, it would be of immense help searching for alternative perspectives if clippers…

Navigation bar doesn't go away when watching streams The navigation bar is always visible, hiding the top content in both full screen and theater mode. Horrible experience, especially in games like DOTA since it hides the important information like the score.

Search panel should be hidden in theater mode Top panel (containing Twitch button, Following and Brows menu and Search bar) suddenly became visible in Theater mode. It's shown over video and hides top part of video content. It happens just half an hour before this message. The panel should be hidden as it was all the time before today.
