Scheduled Reruns with Streamer Defined Pre-Roll
When I travel, I expect that I'm not engaging my audience and that I'll lose viewers/subs/etc. The rerun functionality right now is a way to give viewers a reason to hang out while watching content - but it's too hard to do. Someone has to manually manage each days list of videos, manually start it, manually start it, and frequently communicate in chat that it's not in fact a live stream.
Here's how I believe it'd be solved and would increase streamer quality of life:
1) Allow the scheduled start and stop of Re-Run playlists.
2) When scheduling the stop, pause the playlist in it's current position.(so that I could add lets say 40 videos, and have it pause after video 10 and resume at video 11 the next day)
3) Have a pre-defined pre-roll video that viewers watched before they watched the re-runs with others. ("Hey guys, I'm on vacation until July 3rd, so what you're about to watch are re-runs! They'll play everyday while I'm gone - so hang out and can't wait to see you when I'm back!"
This allows me, without hassling moderators, to schedule easily content while away, prevent confusion, and have a less stressful time away with better retention.
Thanks for reading!

PLEASE add a way to AT LEAST!!! Schedule the start. Even if you have to manually set the roll every time, being allowed to schedule the beginning is just a massively useful tool. If I have the time to be there, launch the rerun, and pay attention to it, I might as well be streaming myself!

I love the idea of reruns.... I do live watch alongs and some followers are on the other side of the world and cannot watch love. So too rerun them will allow those followers easier access to see them. I wish, like above, we could pre-schedule those to run. or at least be able to push run from the twitch app. PLUS with the new upcoming schedule on the profile being able to list a rerun (like TV channels do) would be a great add on as well.
