1. Ads above a specific viewer/sub count

I streamed 2021 to 2023, had like 10-20 viewers and mostly all of them were subs. Now in 2025 I started again, more like completly new and I now got like 3-7 viewers. The difference is: I HAVE to force them to watch ads. Doesn't matter if it's preroll or midroll, but how should you grow as an affiliate if they leave because of preroll or because of AT LEAST 3 minutes ads to avoid preroll ad?

In 19 hours of streaming (on 4 days) I got 2 subs and made a "profit" of 1,15$ on ads and 0,10$ on turbo (55% revenue). But all of this for 57 (!) Minutes of ads. Only 2 of my viewers didn't get ads. And that 1,25$ from the ads is 1000% dispensable for me to get in exchange of losing viewers. I would even love to pay you 20-50$/month to not showing ads. Stop being so greedy on EVERY affialite - doesn't matter which size.

Maybe you should let affiliates grow to like 20 subs or an average viewership of 20 before you FORCE them to playing ads. After that they have enough viewers which are more likely to watch ads or to sub and then have no ads too. Reinforced showing ads on small streams is not worth, whether for the streamer or twitch.

2. Ads

Pls fix ur support and the broken ads. I literally dont have ads while twitch is showing me that ads are running. I have time on ads, while no ads are shown in the stream. And don't come with ur standard answer. It's just a problem I have! No other streamer have that problem. I don't have any revenue on ads. Thanks for taking away my revenue from the ads! *irony off

3. Do Not Pause Ad Timer When Switching Tabs

The ad timer, under no circumstances, should pause when twitch is not the active tab. Twitch may decide to insert ad breaks; but it is up to each individual to decide to expose themselves to them. Users should not be punished for muting ads and letting them play in another tab before returning to the website.

Excessive enforcement of ad engagement like this cannot be tolerated.

4. Have ads play at the volume setting of the stream volume

I often have the stream volume set to a low value because I use in ear earphone, but when ads play they are blasting at much higher volume until I manually adjust the volume slider of the app. This happens for EVERY ad that plays. And some streamers I watch will have like a 3 minute block of ads run every hour or so, and each ad must have its volume adjusted to not blow out my ear drums. Please make it so that ads play at the volume setting of the app, not some default if the default is higher than what I've set my volume to.

5. Expand the functionality of Twitch viewer account

Provide the ability to personalize the viewer's profile.
   1. Wallpapers, avatars, profile frames, statistics, a store for customized wallpapers, avatars, and profile frames that will be verified.
   2. Create a viewer calendar so they can record events and reminders about what they want to see, with notifications.
   3. A showcase where your favorite streamers and the viewer's comments about their time on their streams will be listed.
   4. Also, a link to the year-end summary as a small icon in this profile.
   5. Allow streamers to create icons or small captions for their channel. (This would look quite nice in Twitch chats.)
   6. If you make it possible for anyone to upload their own art to the store for frames, stickers, and other items, it would be paid for by those who buy, there would be ratings and comments, and that would be interesting. I don't know everything about Twitch, but if only streamers can create their own stickers, that would severely limit people's artistic opportunities.
   7. Create a section on Twitch with categories that highlight a large number of new streamers and streamers who have significantly increased their viewership in a short period of time.
A lot can be made private or not private in the settings, and the more extensive and flexible the profile customization, the more insane it can be for people.

9. Ads are too long

Streams start with 2 mins of ads (Some times even 5 mins) then I get to watch the streamer for 30 seconds to a minute before another set of 2 min ads. I see more ads than I do the streamer. Maybe consider toning down the length of ads...

12. Stop trying to evolve your ads to fight against adblockers

People will use adblockers if they dont want to see ads, if you try to fight against them to make them watch ads for more money, you end up ruining the platform for other people.

Examples being more ads in general, injecting the ads into the player and making the stream buffer every time ads are played, and many more.

Im subbed to a channel, and with my adblockers DISABLED my stream actually buffers more than if im on a channel that im not subbed to with my adblocker on.
This is the same even when on different browsers/devices.

Ways to make it better are use more banner ads, or actually use the mini video player above the chat for ads, thats just a way better idea.
Or (forgive me for saying this) add skippable ads.

13. What Event Flow Can Learn from a City in Motion

Think of Lisbon as a living, breathing venue—the kind where light shifts, stories float down cobblestone alleys, and timing is everything. Planning a day here isn't about scheduling tasks it’s about reading the city’s rhythm.

That’s why the Expert Event Management Company Lisbon Portugal(https://pearllemonexperiences.com/event-management-company-lisbon-portugal/)
mindset matters—it’s not about impressing anyone with jargon, it’s about syncing with what’s already happening. They frame things in real terms—historic halls, beachside gatherings in Cascais, sleek spots in Parque das Nações—not as flashy bullet points, but as settings with texture and logic. The tone feels like a chat with someone who’s thought it through.

You sense the emphasis is on detail without overstatement—how menus adapt to dietary needs, or tech isn’t a gimmick but a means to include people no matter where they are. Permits aren’t hurdles, just part of making sure things happen without hiccups. It all lands as intentional rather than scripted.

In the end, it’s not about shaking the room—it’s about what lingers afterward. Clever pacing, local insight, and knowing what to skip as much as what to include. Events that feel like they fit the place, not hijack it.

18. Stop ads from U.S. ICE

Twitch has been running ads for ICE (United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement), an enforcement agency which already had a long history of significant unjust behavior under the Homeland Security act, and has outright become the direct enforcement arm of a fascist, xenophobic regime in the United States.

ICE has made it undeniably, crystal clear that it is immoral, unjust, and brutal, terrorizing residents and communities and stripping them of their rights and personhood. Twitch, by allowing ICE advertisements on your platform, you are saying you're complicit in ICE's actions and willing to take their money to further their racist messages and campaigns of harm, hatred, and fear. Streamers who stand against ICE are having their streams interrupted with messages promoting it; viewers who are unaware that streamers have absolutely no control over the contents of the ads that appear on their streams are getting upset at streamers for seeing these ads to begin with.

These ads are a clear violation of the policies that Twitch supposedly upholds.

Twitch insists that "political and debated issues" be labeled. I don't think it's up for debate; it's obvous that a fascist agency terrorizing a country's people is reprehensible, though Twitch would consider it a "sensitive social issue". Yet it's allowed to run in ads.
    https://safety.twitch.tv/s/article/Update-on-CCL-for-Politics-and-Sensitive-Social-Issues

Dan Clancy has said "There is no place on Twitch for racism, hatred, or harassment of any kind, incuding antisemitism and Islamophobia." Again, an agency that operates expressly on racism and hatred should not have a place on Twitch, yet it's being allowed in advertising.
    https://blog.twitch.tv/en/2024/11/01/hate-and-harassment-have-no-place-on-twitch/

I'm going to say it again: By allowing a racist, hateful organization to run ads on your platform, you've clearly broken your own standards. Or, to a business-focused standpoint, you have been damaging, and continue to damage, the trust between streamers, viewers, and Twitch.

If there's anyone there at Twitch with a soul, take a stand and put a stop to these ads immediately.

19. Stop Side Ads from kicking me out of full screen view

Whenever the ads that play along with a stream come up it kicks me out of fullscreen display mode. The ads are annoying enough but having to click the full screen button every 4 minutes because the Jurassic World ad played for the 400th time is really darn annoying.
