Do Not Pause Ad Timer When Switching Tabs
The ad timer, under no circumstances, should pause when twitch is not the active tab. Twitch may decide to insert ad breaks; but it is up to each individual to decide to expose themselves to them. Users should not be punished for muting ads and letting them play in another tab before returning to the website.
Excessive enforcement of ad engagement like this cannot be tolerated.
