About the recent changes to rules UI... Every streamer who updated their rules since the individual rules update now automatically has a "- " appended to the start of each rule in the chat rules popup. It looks awful for those who choose to flare up their rules list with emojis or symbols. Please remove the dash or add a toggle to opt out.
For example

Allow a waiting period between visiting and chatting. I think, viewers need a waiting time to understand the status of the stream.
I would like to see a configurable waiting time so that we can't chat right after visiting. (0 seconds/10 seconds/30 seconds/1 minute)For example, this would prevent viewers from chatting upbeat greetings that don't fit the occasion when the streamer is talking about something serious.

Tie break by counting earlier votes first Some chats like to jokingly tie votes in polls and sometimes streamers don't like that
Have a tie breaker opt in option that makes it so the earlier vote counts.
For example, if the votes go 3-3 > 4-3 > 4-4 the left option will be picked.

Fix the automatic tools that shadow ban users that are not abusive in chat How about fixing the automatic tool that bans users for evading bans, even when that user have never been banned and never have been abusive in chat?
How about not require non abusive users to reveal their phone numbers to be able to chat again?
This is ridiculous.

Blocking while Modding If you have blocked a user, they should not be able to @ you or reply to you while you are Moderating. If you have blocked them, you must have a reason, but not always a big enough reason to remove them from everywhere.
As a Moderator of many chats, I have had to leave all of them due to this one user continuously trying to chat with me despite being blocked and banned. This needs to be fixed.

[Shared Chat] Label which chat a sub/cheer message is from Current in shared chats it's not easy at all to tell where a subscription or a bit cheer originated from. You can kind of tell with sub messages, but only if you click on their name or look for their badge. However, even then, you can't be sure that the resub message was for you because what if they are already subbed to you, but they subbed in the streamer's chat you are in a shared chat with?
It would benefit both streamers and viewers if you could clearly label or identify via specific colors on where a message originated…

Highlight messages from rare chatters Messages often get buried among regular chatters. To increase visibility of those who do not regularly chat, their message could be highlighted automatically to indicate this, perhaps to the streamer only. Whether to apply the highlight could be determined based on the date-time of the last sent message, or similar.

Pinned message verification chat restriction Would be cool to add in an option for mods and the streamer themselves to select an option when pinning a message for all viewers to be forced to click accept or check a box to acknowledge that they have read what the pinned message says before they are allowed to message on stream again.
This would be helpful for the pinned messages that give a warning or show information that the streamer doesn't want to keep repeating to the audience so much because the viewers keep asking about it instead of looking at the pinned message.

Twitch Pin msg for bots Ich weiß, dass Twitch verhindern möchte, dass Bots Befehle mit "/" missbrauchen. Wäre es trotzdem möglich, nur den Befehl "/pin {MESSAGE}" zuzulassen, damit man mit Stream-Elementen oder streamer.bot beispielsweise Nachrichten für Event-Infos oder Neuigkeiten automatisch pinnen kann. Also "/pin Ich habe Neuigkeiten über meinen Hund" und zwar nur für Moderatoren, was auch Bots sein können, wenn sie die Rechte dafür haben.

[Bug] Viewer chat profanity filter not working for at least one word The profanity filter is not working for the "s" "h" "i" "t" word. It has never worked. Other curse words are blocked with asterisks.
I have "Chat Settings" > "Chat Filters" > '"Enable chat filtering" on and "Profanity" on. The others are off.
Please fix.

Shared chat opt in/out Lets say chat members just want their messages in one streamers chat and not the rest that is involved in the shared chat. For instance if a person in your chat is not comfortable with having their name in another chat they just want to talk to one streamer. Chatting removes all chat messages There are bugs with the Twitch chats. Other people's messages disappear when I type in the chat, this applies to all streamers' chats. Then the chat also resets after 2-3 messages from other people.

Lack of subscription message traduction in chat When someone subscribe to a channel the message in chat is not in the channel language.
This problem seems to just be an UI problem and can be resolve with ease.
It happen with or without prime and the message still is : "Subscribed with Tier X . They've subscribed for X months!" or "Subscribed with Prime . They've subscribed for X months , X months in a row." even though the chat language is not in English.

Provide a way to view chat rules in mod view In normal view, in chat, when you are a moderator, clicking Chat Settings, then Switch to Non-Mod Settings, gives a menu that includes the View Chat Rules option.
In mod view, I cannot find the option anywhere. In chat, the Chat Settings button is not there, and clicking the Chat [...] menu, then See Non-Mod Settings, gives a menu that does not include the View Chat Rules option.
I suggest adding the link there too. It is useful when addressing rules violations to be able to easily refer to what exactly the chat rules say.
