Highlight messages from rare chatters
Messages often get buried among regular chatters. To increase visibility of those who do not regularly chat, their message could be highlighted automatically to indicate this, perhaps to the streamer only. Whether to apply the highlight could be determined based on the date-time of the last sent message, or similar.
