Provide a way to view chat rules in mod view
In normal view, in chat, when you are a moderator, clicking Chat Settings, then Switch to Non-Mod Settings, gives a menu that includes the View Chat Rules option.
In mod view, I cannot find the option anywhere. In chat, the Chat Settings button is not there, and clicking the Chat [...] menu, then See Non-Mod Settings, gives a menu that does not include the View Chat Rules option.
I suggest adding the link there too. It is useful when addressing rules violations to be able to easily refer to what exactly the chat rules say.
