Do not allow AI summary of channels to be added The recent announcement to allow AI tools to perform a summary of my channel for incoming viewers is both invasive to me as a creator and a massive issue for resources in the platform and resources required to drive it.
Having a summary means that I am now being used to train AI systems in order to have the ability summarize my content. I didn't consent to this. This is an anti creator feature that will do nothing to further our alreadt dwindling platform.

Bring back follow date info on other users For as long as I can remember, Twitch had a way to click on a user in a chat you don't moderate for to see their follow date on the channel you're watching.
This got removed less than a week ago with many others reporting its disappearance on reddit, and I feel this was an important feature to bring back.
It currently only exists if you're a moderator of that channel.As one comment states perfectly:

Xat dont loading Estaría muy bien que arreglaseis el xat de móvil, no funciona nunca, no carga y no puedo ver los mensajes de los demás, con el tiempo siempre acabo xateando yo solo sin ver que es lo que me responde el xat, a ver si lo podéis arreglar ya para la semana que viene, va fatal y debería ser vuestra primera prioridad ¿sabes lo peor de todo? A "dyslexic-friendly" font Allow users to enable a font designed for those with dyslexia, allowing users to read text on Twitch more efficiently. There's fonts already like this, such as the Dyslexie font or OpenDyslexic. This feature would greatly improve Twitch accessibility for many users.

Let me disable AI summary as a chatter. I have now been forced by twitch to use adblock on twitch to have a decent experience. I dont want any AI features to be used. Not only am i against this feature morally, in practice it is annoying and worsening my experience.
Now i have been forced to use adblock on your site.

GIF chat improvements The GIFs in chat are an okay idea but as the feature stands, there is a lot of room for improvement. I feel the following could help a lot with the chat experience when using GIFs:
At this time, streamers can only enable or disable the feature.
Allow the Streamer to change the setting of the cooldown. As of right now the default (and only available) cooldown is 30 seconds, which doesn't help at all with spam prevention.

Gif Keyboard include Gipyh Creator Account in Search Gif Keyboard search currently only shows Gifs uploaded by brand accounts.
I would love my community to be able to use my gifs that are available on e.g. discord/whatsapp/slack already. These were uploaded with a giphy creator account and currently Twitch Search only returns Gifs uploaded by brand accounts.
So my suggestion would be to extend the search to also include giphy creator account gifs.
I chatted with the Giphy support for a bit and they told me a Twitch Streamer in itself is not eligble to be certified as a brand account as this is reserved for companies.

let streamers have the option to toggle off leaderboard animation & sub goals on leaderboards some people find it frustrating and would prefer to see their default chosen option (gifts or bits) to stay in place instead of moving every 30 secs switching to non default options, & sub goals are already on the profile page so showing it on the leaderboard too could give off a wrong impression, please make these a toggle so there would be choices for everyone, thank you

Feedback - Twitch AI Twitch GenAI isn't the way to go. It's turned on by default and many creators are opting-out of the feature.
So my honest opinion is to have it opt-out (turned off) by default or completely remove it as many creators don't want their streams, chat messages, etc. to be used as training tools for the Twitch AI tool.

New Chatter Info Card New card is infinitely worse. Follow age and information about that chatter, like their about, recent streams, etc, are most useful. What badges they can use is neither interesting nor useful to anyone. Please remove change.

GIF Keyboard issues and improvements I am part of 2 communities that use the beta GIF keyboard for tier 2 and tier 3 subs. The experience on both channels has been subpar.
1. A 30 second cooldown per user does not prevent spamming. The cooldown should have been made global.
2. There 100% needs to be an individual user control to turn them off/hide them. The current controls in place only allow you to stop animation, which also halts animated emotes. Please decouple GIF-message animation from animated emotes. The current Chat Appearance setting ties two fundamentally different features together: animated Twitch emotes and full animated GIF messages.
I want animated emotes. I do not want animated GIF messages continuously playing in chat. GIFs are substantially heavier and more visually intrusive, and disabling their animation currently also disables the animated emotes I deliberately want to see.

Give Viewers Control Over Who They Receive Shouts from Currently viewers have absolutely no control over who they receive a Shout from and this needs to happen if its expected that viewers will not just disable the feature entirely. Its either on or off (and currently off is broken, but I've submitted a ticket on that) at the moment. When it comes to disabling shouts from individual streamers our only option as a viewer is to block that person entirely which is not at all what the Block feature was intended to be used for.

Feedback on Follower Information in Chat I recently noticed that the date when viewers in the chat community started following the streamer is no longer being displayed.
This information was actually quite helpful for identifying unusual or potentially suspicious accounts. For example, when several accounts that don’t follow the streamer repeatedly appear in streams and stay until the very end, having this information available can be useful when trying to understand whether those accounts are genuine viewers.

Hydration and food Eating and drinking are important, especially for viewers of live streams, since they can easily get distracted by the exciting content. Increase transparency on automated security measures on chat I've recently found myself unable to chat due to "automated security measures" - I haven't done anything unusual, there's nothing in my appeals section, and no error messages.
I contacted support and did all the troubleshooting to be connected to an agent, who was unable to say anything other than "This is an automated security feature". No information on the cause, or duration of the invisible chat ban.
