Hidden I don't have it on in my settings for any words to be hidden but still get an awful lot of censured words/phrases in chat. Most times it's something like 'lmao'. Sometimes I can't even read chat because every other word is censored. This is the opposite of helping, please get rid of this, Twitch. It happens on android (tablet/mobile/laptop).

User Voting to spotlight good chat messages Allow users to upvote a chat message, or tag/react to it as funny/smart/agree etc. With enough upvotes or tags, that message is highlighted or enlarged in some way. When it scrolls to the top it is stuck or pinned there for a few seconds before scrolling away.

Allow Multiple Predictions Simultaneously At present, only one prediction can be run at any point in time. Allowing for multiple predictions would allow more variety in predictions being set.
This idea came to be during a Project Zomboid stream, where, if permitted, we would have set the following predictions:
1) Who will die first? (This is the main prediction we set in an MP server.)
2) Who will find the most ingredients? (We would like to set this, so we can have a secondary goal in the stream.)

Let Us See Pins in Mod View At some point, the ability to see pins in mod view no longer was possible. I can still pin but I can't see them or remove them while in mod view. I have to open a new non-mod view tab to do anything with them.

Banned Users Can See Chat Banned Users can see chats when joining a livestream that they are chat banned from. They can see every comment from before they entered.

Block the hyperlink by normal usersa (Chinese version: 普通使用者可以把聊天室的超連結禁了) 英文版: I hope noraml users can block the line in the chat that sometime we use the app that need to use fingers to move the chat which is so easy to click in the chat room. I think it can be to txt but not hyperlink.

Remove Phone Verification From Chat Whenever I would raid channels; the Streamer would say hello to me and ask questions. I can often never answer back because phone verification is turned on. There is no way in the streamers chat for me to let me know that I can't talk to them. I try to whisper them to tell them this but whispers also require phone verification and there is no way to turn that off. You can disable phone verification in a stream but you can't turn it off in Whispers. Phone verification needs to be removed from Whispers.

Have a feature to read chat out loud for those with peripheral impairment. It would be nice if there was an accessibility feature that reads chats out load for those with poor peripheral vision.

disabling user badges and other icons in chat for screenreader users Hello Twitch team,
I am a blind streamer and I am using a ScreenReader to read the twitch chat. Unfortunately, my Screenreader is having some difficulties reading the chat due to all the extra information attached to the chatting users. For example their badges, medals, avatars and such. As a screenreader user, it would be very useful if there could be a setting for chat to disable all those extras in chat. In that way, reading the chat would be much easier for a blind person. Users in Chat should be visible ONLY to Streamers and Moderators Users in Chat is a tool that is often used for stalking, so it should be hidden from general users. At the very least, it should NOT BE VISIBLE TO USERS WHO ARE NOT LOGGED IN.
What purpose does this list serve for viewers in the first place? If a chat message is sent, you can see who sent it. Isn't that sufficient for viewers? There are people who prefer to watch streams quietly without being "hunted" by other viewers or who feel that way at times.

Convert channel points from a channel to another I think it would be interesting to add the option of converting channel points from a channel to another. In my case, I have so many points in a channel that I have no interest in spending points, while there are other channels, which I spend more points, but I don't have many points

Allow Greater Variety to Chatters Username Colors Rather than making the option of a better/cuter chat color strictly to PAID turbo users. Make it so average viewers like the majority of us can also have a color. Of course keeping the turbo situation in mind; average viewers should have 1-4 customizable hex code slots for chatting while turbo users can have infinite. As someone whose favorite color is green, the options for green aren't the best and I wish I was able to change it just once to something I like (rather than buying turbo repetitively just for the one color).

Locked out of chats sitewide Hello uservoice
I was recently locked out of all chats site-wide, unless I give twitch my phone number. My last chat timestamp is ~12:30pm UTC and I have been unable to chat anywhere since ~12:35pm UTC.
My account is >6 years old and has a verified email, and active subscriptions, and an Amazon prime connection. I have no interest in giving twitch my personal phone number, I get enough spam already.
Twitch support has been utterly unhelpful and passive aggressive, so this is my only remaining avenue to resolve this. Did I get caught up in some kind of banwave?

Messages Per Minute/Seconds Slow mode has the issue that you have to wait a fixed certain amount of time before being able to respond to another chatter or the streamer
If you could limit the messages per (minute or seconds) it would allow you to respond immediately while still preventing spam
you could also mix it, e.g. allow 4 messages per 60 seconds but you could set a 5 second cool down

Prevent First Time Chatters From Posting Links Recently, there appears to be a significant problem with bot accounts posting unsolicited links for the "cheap viewer" scam. While it's possible for individual accounts to block links entirely, this doesn't resolve the issue of the bot account as a whole.
To this end, I believe there should be a ban on any account where their first time chat in a given channel includes any kind of link. This would be an option set by Twitch themselves and not configurable by streamers individually. In addition, it would also be helpful if a system could be put in place where any…

Give us the ability to provide a reason. Previously, when we timed out a user for a second to delete messages, we could provide a reason. We should have the ability to specify why a message is deleted.
