Ranking Update: Curent Year Subsription/Cheer gifters
Looking at my dashboard with pinned on the top of the chat gifters ranking - it let set up only Daily, weekly, monthly and all time ranking. I just wonder, why there isn't yet Current Year ranking.
IMHO, i would REALLY appreciate this one set-up. i'm sure, some of creators also would like to use it instead.

Timestamps in chat messages that auto configure to the viewers local time zone.
On Discord, it has the method that if I post something from https://hammertime.cyou/en in a format such as <t:1675032360:F>
It would display for all users as text for the marked time, but it looks up the computers local time, and displays it customized for them.
It would be nice to have this function in Twitch Chat as well, so you could have a timer that said "this event ends at <date and time>" or "I will be live again at <date and time>" and it would auto-configure the resulting timestamp into the viewers local time format.

Treat chat and live video feed as functions of the same object class
Treat chat and live video as a single feed/widget to reduce lurkers and idle, disengaged and unsupportive users that simply drain resources and aren’t actually interested in the channels community.
This will help seperate people who are more interested in the chat feed than the video feed, but are still genuine community members/supporters and follow/view the channel (video feed or not), from bots and griefers.
It’s much easier lurk or disrupt a community channel or broadcaster when your device isn’t decoding/displaying the video feed. This alone could deter a number of them.

Please allow us to pin emotes or a creator (or ourselves) to the top of the emote selector. I sub to a bunch of channels and sometimes I have to search a while to find my own emotes.

Ability to tip bits or high5 other chatters in the same chat
Have the ability to send bits to fellow chatters in the same stream. A type of high5. There are times in chat where a viewer/chatter helps, and is deserving, and there is no way to show recognition, cheer or donate to them.

Font Customizations
Allow for Font sizes and Font customization beyond the limited availability that Twitch currently has.
Arial and the current font sizes are not accessible/work for everyone.

En todos los stream que veo cuando comento algo me sale que puedo volver a comentar en unos segundos, el problema es que cuando hablo mas de 2 veces el tiempo de espera para el siguiente mensaje sube siempre a 4 horas, en todos los stream que paso me ocurre eso, algun modo de solucionar eso? nunca comento nada que sea baneable o reportable

Putting Twitch back or sharing or having the option to use a phone or a controller instead of a phone.
Chat with Twitch and Xbox Series S should have an option of being able to use a controller or use a phone, and you should explain it well to people that don't know how to use a controller and/or a phone. Maybe a window should pop up letting us know that we have the ability to change to phone or controller in the settings or have Twitch open automatically when that option is available. Thanks.

Long service Badges
Okay before starting this, I know I have no life. In saying that I've been a chatter/lurker on twitch shy of 12 years. Just a thought for people on 10+ years getting a badge or something that shows appreciation to long term accounts.

Channel owners can upload photos to the chat.
I want the channel owner to be able to upload pictures. Without cutting down on the resolution in the chat And viewers in the chat can open the full size image to watch.
Because I noticed that When the channel owner creates the content by traveling to different places when encountering something interesting or a beautiful view will be able to take pictures and send them to viewers via chat for real-time interaction

Arabic Letters
Arabic letters are way too small for us to read. We often struggle since the letters are connected to forming a word. I would suggest a different font for Arabic that is clear when its small or big.

Followers Only
Instead of Followers Only mode, you should add a mode where trusted accounts (accounts that have existed for a long time and are in good standings with twitch) are the only accounts allowed to chat. That way trolls will be filtered out, and good upstanding Twitch citizens can chat to see if they like the stream before they follow.
