Allow users in Twitch chat to self-moderate their own messages from AutoMod
Instead of the Twitch Chat Mods deleting or disallowing your messages in chat to be posted to the Stream chat, we need to have AutoMod remind you without having your message sent for review, as well as letting users choose to delete their own messages themselves without the Mods taking action.
The reason is because users tend to get discouraged on chat a lot and felt like they said something horribly wrong, even if they're not aware. We want to delete our own messages ourselves if AutoMod catches these messages.
