About the recent changes to rules UI...
Every streamer who updated their rules since the individual rules update now automatically has a "- " appended to the start of each rule in the chat rules popup. It looks awful for those who choose to flare up their rules list with emojis or symbols. Please remove the dash or add a toggle to opt out.
For example
"🔥 No backseating"
"🔥 Be respectful to everyone!"
has now become
"- 🔥 No backseating"
"- 🔥 Be respectful to everyone!"

Yeah, that extra dash messes up the formatting big time. Hopefully, they fix it soon, kind of like how bad SEO formatting can hurt a site, which is why proper tweaks from https://pearllemon.com/seo-consulting-us/ matter.
