Fix the automatic tools that shadow ban users that are not abusive in chat
How about fixing the automatic tool that bans users for evading bans, even when that user have never been banned and never have been abusive in chat?
How about not require non abusive users to reveal their phone numbers to be able to chat again?
This is ridiculous.
