Pinned message verification chat restriction
Would be cool to add in an option for mods and the streamer themselves to select an option when pinning a message for all viewers to be forced to click accept or check a box to acknowledge that they have read what the pinned message says before they are allowed to message on stream again.
This would be helpful for the pinned messages that give a warning or show information that the streamer doesn't want to keep repeating to the audience so much because the viewers keep asking about it instead of looking at the pinned message.
