Scroll down chat comment one at a time. Have a Castor chat option to use the arrow key in the chat that allows you to scroll down chat comments 1 at a time. This way you can break away from chat to focus on content and easily pick up were you left off.

flickering chat box As a viewer, I don't want my "send a message" box flickering, so that my eyes can be saved.
Steps to reproduce:
when watching a stream,
1. click on the "send a message" box and don't type anything
2. hover the mouse cursor over the 'followed channels' or 'recommended channels' without typing anything
3. you can notice the "send a message" box flickering between the 'clicked' & 'non-clicked' mode*It's not a big deal... but kind of disturbing.

Links in chat on android When a user clicks a link in chat.
Where the link is written as
words and stuff cohh.tv/store other words and stuffA user in the Twitch app will click that and is redirected/sent to http://cohh.tv/store/
Which results in an error page on android
Links in chat in the App should default to https:// to avoid this issue. For links in chat that don't include a schema in the text/chat message
(I was sure I heard this bug had been fixed but it has reoccured/reported today)

Eliminate Moderated Message Notifcations in Chats Users have no purpose in seeing when a comment has been moderated. The text should not simply have a stamp placed over it that shows everyone it was removed (social embarrassment pressure) but should be removed entirely from chat. It would allow for fewer data transfer to individuals who are performing as expected. It would reduce chat congestion. It would promote better engagement by streamers as they wouldn't have to scope though garbage comments to reply. If the message sender needs to be notified a whisper could be applied to them suggesting their comment was removed. No further information is…

Store "Chat Filters" option server side and for all channels The "Chat Filters" option should be stored server side and global (for all channels) and not just in a cookie. I don't want to disable the filters every time I log in to Twitch and set it for every single channel separately.

Filling the chat box with emotes should not move the emote selection dialog It's not really a 'bug' but more of a user experience issue.
When I click emotes in the emote selection drawer, the chat box fills with the text representation, and eventually the chat box auto-lengthens to accommodate increasing amounts of text. The emote I was clicking on has now moved enough pixels away such that if I do not move my cursor to adapt, I click on an unintentional emote. It is annoying to then have to delete a long string due to one single click.

Word/phrase filters when viewing chat When viewing chats during a stream, a word/phrase filter would be nice so that posts can be blocked without temporarily blocking the user.

Ability to make replies only by the Streamer / Moderators While I really like the Chat Replies, I think that I agree with the comments in https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310201-chat-messaging/suggestions/41117761-ability-to-turn-off-chat-reply-threads-feature saying that it can become really confusing and hard to moderate.
I think that in addition to that feature, there should be another option to limit Chat Replies to only the streamer / moderators as this would be extremely valuable in cases where there are Q&A sessions or where streamers want their moderation team to collate responses and maintain context of the response.

notification if someone @ you in stream some sort of notification when someone @ you during a stream as they are sometimes easy to miss if stream moving fast and you don't want to watch the chat continuously

Proper DM System, not our current Whisper System. I'd really love a proper DM system similar to other social sites, group chats, good comms, stable software etc. Personally love Instagram and twitter format, but ours really... sucks. I have ZERO incentive to use Twitch as a means of communication. I run a lot of giveaways for big streamers and have to DM people which usually results in a blacklist because im messaging too many people, hence why I never use whispers and just ask people to DM me on other platforms. Add Profile Pictues to Chat On the left side of viewers names in chat, have a small profile picture so that people are more distinguishable. Would be better for smaller streamers and looks aesthetically pleasing. You could also make this an option that streamers can set in their chat settings.

Emote only timeout Timeout users but they can only post 1~ emote every 30~ secs or even restricted to a curated selection of ;( emotes. User042 has been grounded/muted! or something catchy

See all commands with ! When you write "@" or "/" you can see all users or moderator commands, and I think it would be cool to just type ! and see all the commands you can do.
Like !time or !discord...I didn't see somebody put this idea, if it was, I'm sorry !

Bug na permissão de links no chat Estou com um bug no meu canal, especificamente no chat. Quando habilito a restrição de envio links no chat, ele acaba desativando os meu links do nigthbot. Arrumem isso.

Suggest Existing Commands I know many Streamers have Nightbot or other similar services connected to their Stream Chat, but most new users don't know all the possible commands they could use.
One existing solution is that users can type "!commands", but then they are just linked to an external website to see all available commands.
I propose a better solution where once the user types the "!" character, they are given suggestions with commands already existing in the Nightbot.
For example, in TeePee's channel, if you type "!", you should be given suggestions for "!sens", "!triggers", "!loadout", etc, similar to the auto-complete feature…

Copy paste block feature Hello,
I would suggest to make automatical block on every channel so when written message has more than 80% same words as message written in chat it will get blocked. Sure there should be same adjustment on how long the message should be and so on but it should not be hard to do.
It is specially annoying in Esport games where copy/paste people are just ruinning the chat.Best regards
