Allow streamer to decide the price for the time the message is shown
Hype chat price per second should be determined by the streamer or atleast it should be affected by viewer count somehow. It's pointless to have same 1 second price if you have 100 viewers or 10000 viewers.
As a small streamer it would be better to let people have their messages shown longer with less money. It would make the hype chat more attractive in small communities.
