IRL Category/Directory broken up into sub categories (or something like this) Could you divide out the IRL Category/Directory? There's so many streamers and viewers. It would be great to somehow have that category broken-up. i.e: 'Travel and exploring', 'Outdoors/gardening', 'Personal Vlogging', and I'm sure there's a lot more possibilities that I'm not thinking of at the moment. I think this would help users find new things they may want to watch.

search You have the worst search function of any streaming service. Impossible to find anything. Not worth even looking anymore just go to YouTube and actually find what you want.

Please, for the love of all that is holy, add a user side function to mute TTS. Please, for the love of all that is holy, add a user side function to mute TTS. It's annoying as **** to try to watch a streamer or game that you like and have to put up with hearing insane spammy TTS. Just a simple button to mute and unmute TTS, on the user side. Simple solution to a huge, huge problem.

Follow game We should be allowed to see every directory/game category we've followed on desktop, regardless of whether the associated games are online or off. I've been on Twitch since 2011, so this would be a big help.
On mobile, we're able to see our followed categories if we scroll below live channels towards the bottom.
Having this on desktop would let us see if we're towards the max follow limit, so we can unfollow in order to add more.
I do not like having to go on my phone to unfollow directories, since desktop doesn't show everything I have like the…

Twitch Features Breaking I'm not able to start predictions, edit my channel settings, raid, and other things. I can TEMPORARILY fix it by deleting the Twitch site settings on Google Chrome, but as I said, that's only temporary and it'll come back one day. When I do that, I have to re-login and have to redo ALL of my FrankerFaceZ and BetterTTV settings

Why can I, as a Belgian resident, no longer view the website in English???? Let the people that use your website choose what language they want to view it in!! I never had issues with this, so why now all of a sudden?? Why would I want to change my language to Dutch, when I had to use this website in English for over 14 years?? What, now it's using geo-localization and we HAVE to use the languages that it provides for this country??? BS

veganism I would like to kindly request the creation of a veganism section where vegan streamers who do not discriminate can broadcast their streams. Since you are not going to remove speciesist comments or sponsors, I would appreciate it if you considered adding a section where we can find streamers who do not promote animal cruelty. Many times, we feel intimidated by individuals who seek more personal interactions but end up being discriminatory, creating conflict for vegan viewers. If you are familiar with psychology, you’ll understand what I mean.
Alternatively, if you intend to be a platform that promotes animal cruelty,…

Better appeal handling. Looking for a direct line to a twitch admin to appeal a permanent misunderstood suspension on a friends account. Proof of innocence provided. An immediate ban should not be issued based on an out of context conversation. First time offences from people should be more thoroughly investigated rather than 1 appeal in 6 months which is absurd.

**** prime gaming **** prime gaming.
I've had it for years now and after what twitch's money hungry ******* did it's COMPLETELY USELESS. Matter of fact, if I could PAY to CANCEL my prime gaming subscription, I would. I only have it because I have amazon prime, and let me assure you, I will never EVER use such a ****** ******* program. You should delete it and at least stop promoting it on twitch streams. Seeing what we once had and ******* "Zombies Ate My Neighbors And Ghoul Patrol" together makes me soooo ******* mad. Please delete this ****** *** program if you…2 votes -
Twitch is conducting Antisemitic suppression of Arabic streamers (semites refers to poeoples who speak Hebrew, Aramaic, OR **ARABIC) First of all, I do not appreciate that there is no "OTHER" option for CATEGORY: General, SUB-CATEGORY: Generic Issue; It's obvious why you don't have this option; It's because you don't want feedback on certain issues and that's straight up not ok to suppress the voice of your customers to suit what your company wants for itself.
Secondly, and the main reason I'm submitting this feedback, is that my most watched channel HasanAbi is consistently at the very bottom of my recommended channels which makes absolutely no sense. My most watched channel should be one of two places: either at…2 votes -
raids Being a part of raids should be OPT-IN. Forcing a user to click "leave" when raiding leads to a worse UX for many. It also skews your internal metrics because users are just being bounced from channel to channel. Many folks have been complaining about this for years:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/lppwu4/is_there_a_way_to_automatically_leave_a_raid_when/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/gqqqxj/is_it_possible_to_disable_being_apart_of_a_raid/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/8dalo2/is_it_possible_to_not_join_raids/
It makes little sense for these things to be opt-out anyways. Creators should want active viewers, not zombie viewers that aren't there.

Appeal suspended accounts effective immediately upon thorough investigation My fiancé, @virgo_va has been wrongfully suspended. He is a target of @6arakin who has severely cyberbullied my fiancé for a while now. And when my fiancé tries to defend himself, me, and our cat, he gets banned. He was denied an appeal, so if he doesn't get his account back with all of his followers and subscribers, I'm afraid we're going to have to take this to court. @6arakin's hateful and evil behavior towards others has been excused for too long, and that's not fair.

DMCA Abuse of DMCA system of claims violating live-streams (they receive a notification and get banned immediately that creates possibilities of unfair abuse). At the same time DMCA agents have poor qualification and when they receive a counter-notification they behave as they want instead reminding a claimer that only a COURT can solve DMCA rights abused or not. Youtube has better system - when you claim on someone and receive a counter- notification you have 10 days to sent Youtube agent a proof that you are starting a procedure in Court otherwise your content is safe. Please fix this difference.

Careers Localization Program Manager, Seattle
I received an email today from a "no-reply" account, and my idea essentially is, your Careers/HR team should try harder. Not once was i contacted and i have an extensive resume of related experience. If I weren't qualified, then I would have expected a response from HR along these lines. Instead, my application...which was submitted weeks and weeks ago, I don't even remember when...just sat around as far as I'm aware. That is incredibly frustrating to the unemployed public, especially those of us who believe that we could be a benefit for your company to hire.…

Problems related to measuring the number of viewers during distribution. Changes in video viewership are not displayed correctly and engagement numbers are lower than the actual number.
This doesn't always detect which tabs are open, it only counts when an action is taken, so only people watching are counted, and people playing with you are visible on screen. Not. No, because the count is omitted because it cannot be calculated.
If not fixed immediately, this is an issue that will force changes to the basic affiliate marketing terms and conditions.
Although there is a requirement for an average number of viewers, the system uses a system that cannot accurately measure…2 votes -
Twitch homepage showing random games/streams with high views in "Live channels we think you'll like". Not even a week ago it would show streams from the only game I typically watch. Now it's showing every game under the sun because they have high viewership. Clicking "Not Interested" does nothing to stop this.
How does this promote streamers with low viewers in the only game I watch?

twitch attire Twitch attire should be more equal with vtubers and vrchat since vrchat is a steam game and so is the software for vtubers also most vrchat users are in full body tracking and can move and show what they want in a private instance for stream so when they swap to a avatar with barely clothing and grind on the camera its kinda weird to not enforce some rule or attire update for that we know dan and many staff members have biases its no secret but that shouldn’t affect how to set attire policies equally
